11/12/25 A plumber…read morewas able to come out this day. He was checking things out and asked me why one of the water valves around my tenants water was turned off. He turned it back on and my tenants shower began working again. So Jeff when fixing my initial issue had turned off some valve and didn't turn it back on. Jeff had wanted to cut a whole into my tenants shower knob to replace a component. For those who don't know, that would've been an extremely expensive job that still would not have fixed the issue. So Jeff himself caused the problem because he simply didn't turn back on a valve. So I got charged 175 for no work done, had to hire a plumber and pay him to turn on a valve that Jeff forgot to turn back on. Good luck getting a refund from him. 0 stars

Worst contractors ever! I paid $1215 to get repairs done to my home after getting an inspection…read morereport prior to sale. The house was supposed to close in a month, I was told all the repairs would be finished in 1 day, it took over 3 weeks, with multiple no shows. I ended up having to complete 3 out of the 11 items on the invoice myself. I also separately paid $488 to have my roof repaired, the inspector after revisiting 3 times total, told me it's worse now than before they did their work. Best of all I try to call their number to get them to come out and fix their mistakes, but it goes straight to voicemail and they never return my calls. I now have to push my closing date forward by another week and pay for competent people to come fix their shoddy work. Don't waste your time with them! Get literally anyone else before using them, you'll save yourself some money and you'll keep your blood pressure at normal levels.
