My roommates and I had an incredible experience working with Burl at Alpha Protection to get our security system set up. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure the system covered all aspects of our house. They worked with their tech support twice to tackle specific features we wanted. On /or about April 2023 I had Alpha Protection installed a surveillance system and the Brand Name was Reolink. During the first ninety days after the installation the connection failed whereas the Technician came out (3) three times to fix the problem. On each occasions the technician said that water got into the camera and he said that the problem has been fixed. Fast forward to July of 2023 one of the camera connection failed. I called Alpha Protection and the technician came out and assessed the situation and said the camera was bad . He preplaced said camera with a new one. On /or about June 2023. Approximately one month later the camera that was replace went out-I called Alpha Protection and spoke with burl -I ask where is Mr. Louis -He said I had to lay Mr. Louis off and a another employee to keep from going Bankrupt-THIS IS WHEN THE PEROBLEMS STARTED- He burl said he would send someone out ONE WEEK LATER-My camera is out -I can not see one side of my house. The technician came out and supposedly fixed the problem-At this point he burl should have gotten rid of REOLONK The details of my experience with Alpha Protection and REOLINK are as follow. On /or about September of 2023 another camera went out whereas I called burl of alpha protection again he will send someone out one week late(a pattern is starting to develop)This is when I notified Rolnik of the problems that I was having with their third party seller. On/ or about October 2023 a camera went out whereas burl could not send out for another week- This man did not care weather the system is functioning properly. He burl said that this is an act of god and I can not do anything about that and in the future when the technician come out , I am going to charge you for the service call. burl could not send a technician for another ten days-camera came back on (5) five days later. On December 25, 2023 another camera went out whereas I Notified burl that a camera went out whereas burl said I can send someone out on January 5, 2024 whereas burl said that I am going to have to charge your for the service call. On/or about January 5, 2024 the day the technician id suppose to come to my house I received a called from burl stating I am on the line with REOLINK stating that we have to get tech support before I send the technician out. I was on a conference call with REOLINK and a technician name Prince whereas burl told the technician that the only way I will send a tech if I get a guarantee that "I will get a replacement NDR " Prince Said No- burl did not come out. I told Prince I don't have a problem with giving the NDR to Alpha Protection and they can return it to Reolink-Prince said 'I can not give you a guarantee because the NDR has to be forwarded the warranty team-burl did not come out. I CLOSING , AVOID THESE TWO COMPANY LIKE YOU AVOID THE PLAUG AND I WILL NOT BE DOURING BUSNESS WITH THESE TWO COMPANIES IN THE FURURE. THIS IS A NO STAR REVIEW read more

Any questions or issues were resolve. never had an issue with his service, unfortunately we are relocating to Texas, so we must cancel our service. I would leave no stars if I could. I called and politely asked that they not leave hang tags on my door and was hung up on 4 times. I went to their office and again asked the same. The guy, his name might be Bubba, threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave. I was polite until that. Not scared of police. I just don't know uneducated and rude people can survive in the business world. Be polite to potential customers amd quit showing your rear end. read more
