I highly recommend Toca Alarm Service. From the very beginning, Jeff and his team have been exceptionally easy to do business with. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and focused on finding the right solution for my home. Jed deserves a special mention as well--he has been fantastic to work with and has consistently gone above and beyond. I'm especially impressed with the connected smart-home experience Toca has provided. My system combines professionally monitored alarm service, smart locks, cameras, and convenient mobile apps that allow me to monitor and manage my home whether I'm there or halfway across the country. Being able to check on my home remotely, control access, and know that my alarm is being professionally monitored locally provides an incredible level of peace of mind. And most importantly, the service didn't stop once the installation was complete. The Toca team has continued to provide outstanding support after the sale, answering questions and helping whenever needed -- That kind of ongoing customer service is what really sets a company apart! I'm extremely happy with my decision to go with Toca Alarm Service and would absolutely recommend Jeff, Jed, and the entire Toca team to anyone looking for a reliable, modern, and customer-focused home security solution. read more

TOCA has been great to work with. They have made scheduling easy and everyone has been very helpful. The installation person, Jimmy, was great. He was early, called before arriving, was knowledgeable, and even helped me carry my groceries into the house. I gave 4 starts instead of 5 because when I initially contacted TOCA what I wanted was someone to be able to look at the set-up in my home and tell me exactly how much it was going to cost to set it up. Our home had a TOCA system hardwired into the build, but this was the first time we were turning it on. Instead, they sent a salesperson out who could only tell me the monthly rate and he knew I'd need to replace a battery. I also think the whole sales process could just be done my email. When the installation/set-up was completed I ended up paying several hundred dollars to complete the set-up. I sort of expected that, so I was not too upset, but would have rather known that ahead of time. Overall, I'm glad to be working with this local company and would recommend them to others. read more

When we built our new home and needed an alarm system, we knew we wanted to use Toca. We personally know several pleased customers that used Toca for installation and now monitoring. Toca is local for us, which is a plus! Along with our alarm system, Jeff Toca assisted us with ordering televisions throughout our home. Also, provided his team to install the televisions, audio equipment and ring doorbells. Jedd came out and helped us download all of the apps that were needed for quick access and management. Due to not being Tech savvy, we have reached out via text more times than I would like to admit. Jeff & Jedd are quick to respond, extremely patient and always willing to answer all of my questions in a timely manner either by phone or coming out to our home. If you want great equipment, monitoring, friendly local service, go with Toca. You will not be disappointed. Quality matters! read more

Really happy with the work Toca did for us. They installed our new security system and cameras, and everything came out great. The cameras have a really clear picture, and the whole security system is easy to use, which is what I wanted. The Sonos sound system has honestly been one of my favorite parts of the upgrade. The sound throughout the house is great, and it's nice being able to have music going wherever we are without having to mess with a bunch of different things. The guys at Toca were easy to work with, explained everything to us, and made sure we knew how to use everything before they left. They also cleaned up when they were done, which I always appreciate. Overall, really happy with everything. The security system, cameras, and Sonos setup all turned out better than I expected. I'd definitely recommend Toca if you're looking to upgrade your home security or audio system. read more

We have used Toca since we moved to NOLA in 2006 on the strong recommendation of the previous homeowners. Toca is reliable and dependable, and responds promptly to alerts. After remodeling areas of our home, we were able to quickly make an appointment for a technician to replace sensors. Our system has only needed a new keypad and a replacement backup battery over the last eight years, and we were given quick service at what we believe to be a reasonable price (the technician even told me a cheaper place to buy the backup battery instead of upselling me the one Toca could supply). We have no hesitation in recommending this company. read more

This is the best alarm company in the New Orleans area. We have used Toca in both our previous and current home. We have never had any problems or dealt with anyone unprofessional at this company, unlike several others... Our new home came with an alarm system from a different company, who required a contract be signed BEFORE they would agree to come out and update the system. We called Toca to come out and give us an estimate for our new home, which they did quickly and without us having to sign a service contract. I would recommend them to everyone. read more

We recently upgraded our alarm system and had an extremely positive experience with Toca Alarm Service. Josh met with us and gave us the different systems available and never tried to hard-sell us. Mark was the technician who came to do the work. He is not only thorough, but incredibly professional. He made sure everything was marked so that anyone who follows him will know exactly what every wire is supposed to do. We are so pleased with Toca and the service we receive and we would highly recommend them to everyone. read more
