Chef Rob's Funky Monkey is the real king of the Glass City Jungle! This Pizza-Like-Object is one awesome product. The white sauce on the Funky Monkey is NOT an alfredo, rather, it's a mixture of EVOO, finely minced garlic, and I think something else. Spread this on a wood-fire-cooked thin crust, and cover it with three cheeses, including Gorgonzola. Then, add sausage, onions, truffle oil, and on top, arugula. Because it lacks a tomato based red sauce, I don't call the Funky Monkey "pizza," but I do call it delicious. DOWNSIDE: When it comes to what I ordinarily think of as "pizza" (pepperoni, with cheese, RED sauce, and crust), this honestly isn't the truck that I'd patronize. The pepperoni pie is below average for Toledo. It's way too greasy, it's crust is soggy, it has hardly any sauce, and the pepperoni has an unpleasant taste.
