Service: 10/10 The employees were very friendly. They were kind and had a nice smile on their face. That is what customers should be looking for when being approached by waiters or waitresses. They were very helpful with the menu option. Food: 10/10 I started with their hot chocolate with whipped cream. Man! It was delicious. The whipped cream, by the way, is optional. It does not automatically come with the hot chocolate. The texture was just right. I picked a good day to drink hot chocolate. I have also ordered their standard Belgian Waffles with a side of sausage. I have to admit, I was slightly disappointed with the quantity of the waffle. They only give you one. Additionally, you'd have to ask for the butter. Butter does not automatically come with the waffles. The syrup is or at least should already be on the table once you're seated. Even though I only got one waffle, it was delicious. Furthermore, you have the option to add whipped cream to the waffles. They will add the whipped cream to the waffles for you. The same can be applied to pancakes. When all is said and done, they will offer you a blow-pop lollipop. Overall 9.5/10 I will be back. I am unsure if they do reservations. It wouldn't be surprising if they did. Their menu options and pricing were reasonable.

My friend enjoyed their sandwich and said it was very delicious. I also had a hot chocolate that was very tasty as well. The service was great. The waiter was very accommodating and attentive. As far as the ambience it's a regular diner with people conversing amongst themselves. No music at all. So that was cool. While paying for the purchase, the guy asked me if I wanted the receipt. So I replied, yes, I would like the receipt. When I looked at the receipt and saw that he charged me $2.50 for the drink. Beware when using your charge card at places like this because when I asked why I was charged extra, he just went in cash draw and gave me the change. It's no big deal but imagine if this is done to 100 people. That adds up overtime and it's not right. As far as the sandwich, it was tasty. It's unfortunate I won't return unless I'm paying cash to avoid being swindled smh.

It didn't have a jukebox, but everything else transported me right back to the diners I used to visit with my parents. Food: 5/5 Let's be clear--this isn't Michelin-star food, and it's not trying to be. It's classic diner fare, which means it's hearty, familiar, and affordable. I finally satisfied my long-time craving for meatloaf and mashed potatoes--and yes, it hit the spot.My husband went with a cheeseburger and fries, because sometimes, that's all you really want. Both were delicious and perfectly seasoned for what they are. Service: 5/5 You don't come to a diner expecting fine dining service, but you do expect efficiency and kindness--and that's exactly what we got. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our food came out promptly and hot. They accept credit cards, which was a nice plus (but I'd be happy to pay cash too--it's that kind of place). Value: It's rare nowadays to go out and spend just over $120 (after tip) for two entrées, appetizer, and dessert, but that's exactly what we did here--and we left full and satisfied. Final Thoughts: If you're craving no-fuss fries, a hearty plate, and nostalgic diner vibes, this place is 100% worth the visit. I'd gladly go back the next time I need a little comfort food and a break from trendier (and pricier) spots.
