I sat in a massage chair and Rose brought me bottled water. Soon enough, a nail tech (I didn't get her name) appeared to begin. She was very good at her job and everything was fresh from a new package, all very clean. The music was relaxing. I just relaxed as she massages and soaked and cleaned up my feet. I watched as customer we welcomed as friends and left happy. This place has a wonderful vibe. In fact, I sat drying my nails so long, I almost forgot to leave for my errands! The only mistake I made was making my appointment so early in the day, as I did not want to do anything else the rest of the day! Maybe next time I come back, it will be after work! We called to ask if she would be able accommodate three of us on a Saturday afternoon, and she was able to squeeze us in with very short notice. The first thing I noticed is that her salon is very clean, bright and spacious, with no chemical smells at all. I loved all of the plants, flowers and cute elephant decor. There are a large selection of colors - I didn't really know what I wanted for my manicure and Rose helped me try on a few options before deciding on a base and design. I asked for a refill by mistake, but I plan to go back and have them remove my gel and do my real nails next time. I chose a silver color and she suggested a better quality shimmery color. Took her time with my nails and made sure that the shape was perfect. I'm not really accustomed to having longer or painted nails, so I've been obsessing about them. Hannah really is it. Even my pictures are awkward but they don't do the nails Justice. I think someone said I have long nail beds so my middle finger especially--usually comes out a little thick or weird looking but I think the shape was done very nicely here.
