I got a regular pedicure and a polish change on my finger nails. My pedicure was not done well as she rushed through it and didn't put a lot of effort into the scrubbing. Then, for the polish change, that didn't take much work on their end so it was quick as well. The nails were not great but my daughter didn't want to go back. Please see the photo of my daughter's nails compared to the photo she brought in. I do understand that a photo will never match completely because we are all different but they had my daughter looking like she had sloth nails. The tips were put on her skin or too far toward the tip of her natural nail. They also weren't the right size for her finger. It is now August 30th, one week since she had the nails put on and six have already come off. As you can see from the photo, the acrylic is completely uneven and you can see where there are spots that the nail was applied to the skin. After the nails came off and I looked at her real nails, there was no nail prep done. Really disappointing for the cost. Over $100 and they couldn't even last from Sunday to Sunday. Avoid

I had been working hard to keep both my parents safe during the pandemic, but I am certainly no pedicurist, so I asked her to wait a little longer. A little while after nail salons were allowed to open I gave my mom the green light to go ahead with all the proper precautions. She drove to a few and they looked a little crowded. Finally she came across Becky's. As soon as she was done, she called me, thrilled with her experience. Clients were limited to only a couple at a time, masks were required and temperatures were checked. Hand sanitizer was available upon arrival and departure too. Becky was absolutely wonderful. She was the perfect antidote after months of very limited social contact. They had a great conversation and by the time she left, my mom was asking all of us to go there and support Becky. She even paid for my brother to get a pedicure, his first at 53 years old! I went too. My toes weren't looking so good, even with my self-pedicure. Like my mom said, Becky was wonderful and the young man that works with her too!! You really feel safe with all the precautions they are taking and also it's so nice to speak with such friendly people. We traded stories and by the end it was like I had a new friend. I went back yesterday and Becky asked about my whole family. She clearly knows and cares about everyone who walks through her door. I would highly recommend Becky in normal times, but particularly now I can say it's a safe and comfortable place to get some self-care and pampering done. When it came time for its removal, I made an appt. with Becky Nails, after reading its reviews on Yelp. Shop is run by Becky & Max. Because she was alone that day, there was a bit of a wait. Becky was friendly and did the removal quickly and efficiently. Because my nails were ruined by a steady diet of gel manicures and are just getting healthy again, I only get them done periodically. I will make my next appt. with this salon and hope to develop a long-lasting relationship with them. Only given 4 stars because I haven't had a full manicure as yet. Location is across from Milford Police Station and there is adequate parking.

As I recently moved to Orange I thought it would be smart to save on gas and time and explore my local offers. Stupidly I did not ask for pricing details before hand as I assumed the prices are more or less the same in Orange and Westport (if a little cheaper). BIIIIIG MISTAKE. There is no price list to be seen anywhere in the Orange Nails salon. Choi does not tell you anything either. I had a half leg wax, a "regular" pedi and a "regular" manicure. The half leg was was $50!! The regular manicure was $35. I picked a color that was pretty but once on my nails looked very, very weird, with areas that were not saturated. Once I complained Choi said "did you not know this is a "cracked" color??" What on earth is a cracked color? When the time came to add (or not) the tip, Choi told me it HAS to be 20% as it is only the two of them in the salon...... I am a good tipper but I hate being forced to pay any percentage of a tip if I am not satisfied. Never going back again. At this price range, I will pay for the extra gas and waste the time to go to my honest professionals in Westport or Darien. BAD practices Choi!!

Both times I did a spa pedicure which included the callus removal. Both times I was very pleased with my pedicure. Staff are very friendly and glad this place is so close by!
