I have been coming here for many years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is extremely nice. I like that they line the pedicure tub with a new liner for every customer. I went there on 6/26/2023. The next day 6/27/2023 the polish was already chipping off. This was dip polish. Every time I get Dip polish where I live it lasts me anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. Then this week. Then on 6/27/2023 I went back to have the chipped polish fixed which I told them I refused to repay. The lady fixed it. Now yesterday 7/7/2023 the polish chipped all off. This should of never happened to me. I am very frustrated and they should refund me my money. It was a waste of my time and money if it came off this soon. Used to come all the time prior to Covid , came back in April and had a decent experience. Today I just got done with a Spa Pedicure. First , the women doing my nails burned the side of my foot with a stone , I jerked back but didn't realize how bad the burn was till I was drying my toes. Prior to leaving , we got stopped at the door for not paying when I clearly did and then the women proceeded to ask me where her tip was which I find highly unprofessional. I had left my purse with my cash in the car and just grabbed my small wallet so I planned on going out to grab her tip ( which as a waitress that lived off tips , I tip rather generously ) but after being accused of not paying and being held at the door and then rudely asked where the tip was I decided I wouldn't be leaving one. I called at the last minute to arr.ange for a party of 6 for spa pedicure and one manicure. Most of us were traveling fro out of state for my daughter's birthday celebration. The atmosphere was very pleasant and I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were two different areas for pedicures and manicures. There are also safety measures in place to protect staff and customers from COVID-19. Although prices are slightly higher than I am accustomed to for gel pedicure, the experience, customer service and professionalism were worth the extra. Good job ladies. read more

Firstly, I was misinformed over the phone that this salon had full set acrylics. I booked a full set and pedicure, came in for my appointment and was not able to complete my service because of closing time. My nails were interrupted for the technician to do a wax on another client. The technician was progressively more aggressive throughout the appointment and was drilling so fast it felt like it was burning. I expressed my pain and even had to withdraw my hand because of the pain but nothing changed. I showed a reference photo and she did not nearly accomplish that. On top of that the nails are poorly done, very bulky, and not natural like I asked; all the nails are also different lengths and some of them not even aligned straight. The worst nail salon I have ever been too. I came to this establishment to soak off my nails. I arrived at 6 pm and was told that they cannot service me because they were busy. so i went to get one broken nail while the lady was doing my nails she broke another nail and tried to fix it with a uv gel extension if that wasn't enough she broke another nail and my cuticles were bleeding by this point, i should of left but i didn't i told her to just cut the nails down she did they were un even and i wanted to cry she charged me 58.49 i told her it wasn't worth that much since i went in for one broken nail and she did a horrible job! she had the audacity to say that she didn't charge me for the uv extention i said yeah that you put on after you broke my nail i payed the money and left but never,ever again! yasmine z. read more

Had a good pedicure, but an awful manicure. My nails looks horrible. They were long and rounded which is a shape I love, and without asking the nail tech cut them short and square, which I did not want! I've never had a nail tech change the shape and length of my nails without OK'ing it first! They are also rocking a terrible paint job. There's polish over the cuticle on some nails, and not painted all the way to the edge of nail bed on others. She did not fully remove the old polish either. My index finger and thumb also have some lovely paint bubbles going on. Worst manicure ever. read more

Horrible, first off I wanted a acrylic set I went in and said I wanted to get a full set she ended up putting the gel on and when i went to pay they told me the price of 72 dollars i got the gel nail polish just becuz i got gel nail polish did not mean i wanted a gel set and my eyebrows did not come out too good but the part I'm upset about is after paying all that money two days later a nail broke off you can see underneath where the tips were lifting because the glue was not held long enough and they are paper thin it's been 2.5 weeks and I have one pinky nail left on my left hand! I have never had this experience with my nails! She said she only comes in on sundays part time I will never go to this place again ! 70 dollars my whole set of nails should be on still it hadn't even been a month I'm am so upset thankfully I even had the money on me I went in expecting to pay no more then 40 to 50 dollars !! read more

This place is very affordable and the staff was super nice. As the other reviewer noted, they provide ample massages and there are no nasty smells. On the downside, the equipment was not soaking in any sterilization, nor was it taken from a bag as though new-- I know a lot of friends that would not frequent a place like this on the health standards alone. Their pillow covers were cute, but clearly are going to accumulate dust, etcetera and the walls and switches were pretty dirty. I went in based on yelp reviews that seemed phenomenal. The staff attended me right away since it was a Thursday midday. They were timely. Sadly, The gel manicure did not last me the usual two weeks. The pedicure was ok for a last minute find before a trip to celebrate my bachelorette. But when I looked more closely, I have to admit I have had way better. And it was super expensive. I paid around $75 for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. No spa treatment. She didn't even scrub my callouses. The place is clean though and the materials were clean. read more

Nice place. Its very clean and lacks that nasty acrylic smell that you usually smell at nail salons. The staff was friendly and had smiles on their faces. For $12.00 plus a tip i got a manicure that included dipping my hand in wax and 2 back rubs. My nails were perfectly manicured with no flaws. Can't wait to go back! I have visited this place twice now, and it's great. Very affordable and you get so much pampering for the money! The regular pedicure comes with a wax treatment for your heels and hot stones, and the mani comes with a parrafin wax treatment as well. Calm, pretty, clean environment with nice staff. The neck/shoulder massages are great!! One thing to know- they do take credit cards but they have signs everywhere saying they can't accept tips on the card. They stood behind us as we picked our polish colors rushingly. - the woman who did my pedicure cut my nails so short they were visibly red and extremely painful. - Rushed paint job, my pedicure experience was a very short, painful and uncomfortable experience. - I showed the manager my toes, she agreed they were cut too short and walked away. Did not apologize. I will not be returning to this salon and I do not recommend it to anyone. They are very unapologetic and unnecessarily rough.
