This is by far the best nail salon. I live over an hour away and went to another salon close to home. My nails were trash!! I went back to my old faithful spot LV nails and they fixed them perfectly. I will just have to make the drive at this point.
I came here for a morning of relaxation with a few friends and one of their mom. We had an appointment set for 10 am and I was scheduled to get a pedicure and a new dip set. I ran 8 minutes late due to a small family hiccup. When I walked in, I was NOT greeted by a single soul. No one asked me what service I wanted or what colors to look for. If not for me talking to my friend and her speaking up about me being in her reservation, I'm 100% sure no one would have spoken to me. After waiting around for roughly 25-30 minutes, I sat down to get my pedicure first. The technician who serviced me was great. She was in the back when I arrived, so naturally she assumed I already picked a color. She was shocked when I told her I never received a pallet to look at. She apologized, grabbed all the colors she could, and got me a sprite as well. I began to notice that other women (who came in after me) were being sat to get their nails done. I figured they would do my nails towards the end of my pedicure. HOWEVER, my friend's mom showed up without an appointment, sat next to me in a pedicure chair (without getting a pedicure), and was serviced by a willing technician immediately. Mom's nail tech was young, loud, gum smacking, and clearly annoyed to be there. She maintained this attitude for the duration of our time there. All and all, no one ever came to do my nails. Even after it was pointed out by my friend to her tech. I was told to wait and someone was coming. The tech made a statement in her native language and pointed to me. I had some hope, so I waited. I waited 32 minutes AFTER my pedicure for someone to start my nails, and no one came. In fact, techs went out of their way to appear busy until another customer walked in the door. Then they would sit them down to do their nails. For 32 minutes my friends and I watched this happen. I grabbed my shoes and wallet to pay, a tech yelled something out loud, then SUDDENLY a woman comes rushing from the back with a cart and quickly asking what color I picked. I politely told her it was fine and that I would pass on getting my nails done at this time. She fussed at me a little saying she was there to do my nails now. I politely declined and said it would take too long. By this point, it was 12:58 and all I had to show for it was a 65 minute pedi. I had been there since 10:08. The tech wouldn't even look at me. She huffed, grabbed her cart and rushed off while throwing one hand in the air and yelling something out loud. I chuckled and went to speak with my friends and mom (young tech moved her to a regular station) as they wrapped up their appointments. They all asked me what happened with my nails, and I told them quietly and with a smile. The young tech decided to jump in the conversation saying that everyone who came through the door had appointments. I asked her if they were all before my 10 am appointment, her response was that they're all under staffed. Excuses for what was truly happening. She hadn't spoken to me the entire time I was there until that moment. She then proceeded to tell my friend's mom that it was her nails' fault that her dip was on so thick and that if she shaped it any thinner she'd be back next week crying to get it fixed. This girl was RUDE. My friend's tech began to talk to my friend about how I refused to wait to get my nails done and that I'm clearly upset. But someone was willing to do my nails, I just wouldn't wait. She spoke to her as if my friend was my mother and I wasn't standing right there. She didn't even look at me or acknowledge me. When asked why she was talking to her and not me, she said because the appointment was under said friend's name and she thought she was paying for me (not anyone else in our reservation party). She assumed I didn't even have the money to pay for my appointment. I immediately said I was ready to pay and stood at the counter to ring out. Who was the only willing person to ring me out? My pedicure tech. I verified that her tip went to only her and left. I was the only black woman in this facility for roughly 3 hours on a Saturday. I was treated as such. I knew it within 10 minutes of being there, I just hate that my new friends and a mom got a front row seat to it. It was subtle, but it was evident. This place isn't for my kind. None of us will be returning.
Great service, my girl worked very hard on my feet. She made look so beautiful. Came for my cousin bday got the bday special discount, i love it
Would GIVE 0 stars if I could ! Horrible cut me and rushed the process didn't care told me bc they were short staffed even paid OVERPRICED FOR MY SIMPLE FRENCH TIP NEVER GOING BACK
The service is as amazing, the place is SO pretty, and the lovely mom who did my nails was so sweet!! Overall my new favorite nail salon!! :))
Update to review : 4 days after nails done and see the picture added. Terrible service. Using cuticle clippers that are not sanitized. Technician starts texting another client while I am sitting with half of my nails done. I asked if I should leave and come back when she was done on the phone and she said no that she just had to let her other client know how much she needed to pay for the service. Meanwhile the client that she is working on is sitting in front of her and waiting. When she finished, there was so much product under my nail bed and my nail she used a drill to try and remove it and cut my skin. Nails look horrible and they gave me a $5 discount.
I came I got my nails done by Henry and his work is awesome. I am definitely coming back here in two weeks with him.

I had a great experience here, I went in not really knowing what I wanted and Judy helped me pick a color that was perfect for me, and she was very patient in showing me different options. She was very kind and for the first time ever my nails were not sore after having them done. She was very professional and would ask if what tools she was using were hurting me at all, and that was very nice. I'm definitely going back for Judy. The only downside is that the inside is not very bright, it fees kind of dark and outdated. Over all Judy was great, and they had tons of options. Going back in 3 weeks! Would recommend. read more

Original Post: I tried this salon for the first time today as a walk-in. Tim did my acrylic fill with gel polish so fast and efficient. He would check with me to make sure the tools weren't hurting me and if the length was what I wanted. Excellent customer service! Edit: I went back a month later and had a different nail tech. She repeatedly cut me with the file board and my acrylics looked terrible when she finished. Obviously upset, I asked for them to be taken off (I was going to just get them redone somewhere else later in the week). Instead, another nail tech came up to me and said she'd fix them and I agreed(she did a good job). However, the original nail tech whose name I didn't get, told me it was my fault my nails were messed up. I kid you not. My mouth was hanging open, I was so shocked. I have been getting my nails done consistently for 15 years and I have never received such rude customer service. I will not be returning for services here. read more

My friend and I went here the other day only because the traffic was so bad, we gave up on trying to get back to where we had originally planned to go. We both got pedicures, mine was done really well and seemed really thorough, but my friends was pretty awful looking. She had polish all over her toes, and they also managed to somehow get it on the back of my Michael Kors bag.. After the pedicures, we were planning on getting our fingernails fixed, as well. My friend wanted her set soaked off and a new one put on, and I needed a fill and gel polish change. There was NO ONE getting their nails done at any of the stations, but they insisted on doing our nails as we sat in the pedicure chairs. I know this is a normal practice, but it's not comfortable, and seemed unnecessary for the volume of customers at the time. My acrylics had grown out somewhat, so when the tech asked if I'd like them trimmed, I told her yes. She proceeded to cut them so short that they just look like they're my natural nails, but for some reason really thick and weird.. The nail on my right middle finger ached for a few days after because she had cut my natural nail completely down to the quick. When she cut them, she asked me what I thought, and I knew they were too short, but what could I do? Start all over again? After she cut them, she "filled" them. It took all of 5 minutes and as you can see from the photo, they're not really full. After she filled them she filed them, and I kept telling her they looked too round and some were crooked, but the would just half heartedly throw the file around at the end and say "is this okay?", so I just gave up. Then, she painted on 1 coat of the gel polish I picked, had me put each hand under the light for 2 minutes, (HOT!) did a topcoat, and as you can tell from the picture, you can see right through it. We had been here so long at this point, and I'm not the type of person who likes to make a fuss (and I shouldn't HAVE to advocate for myself in order to have decent work done) so when my friend saw my nails, she just had them leave hers bare, and we paid and left. It was just your typical bad nail job that was the result of rushing and not taking your time, but that should not have happened because THERE WAS NO ONE THERE. What a joke. read more

I could not recommend LV Nail Spa enough! Recently visited their newly-remodeled salon and am so impressed. Mary did a wonderful job on my pedicure. She was so kind and attentive. Their prices are very fair and they include a lot more in their pedicures than other salons do for much cheaper. read more

Had my nails done by Lanie and she did a great job. Very knowledgeable. She recommended I try a different color and I ended up loving it. Had to wait +30 minutes for coming in on a Friday afternoon but it was worth it. read more

Visiting from out of town and cracked a nail...super gross. Staying at Holiday Inn and found this gem of a nail place just down the street. Not only did he fix my busted nail, he made all my nails look fantastic. Very conscientious staff. While there, a customer came in with a mangled nail...they fixed it for no charge. read more

This past Sunday my daughter and I decided to have an impromptu pedi party. After surfing the web, we gave LN Nail Spa a call, and were pleasantly surprised when they were able to fit us in within the hour. When we walked in we were promptly greeted and asked to choose our nail color from a huge selection of colors and brands. We both chose the peppermint pedicure for $35.00 which gives you a luxurious and relaxing pedi with massage and warm wax. Of course we opted to splurge and add some cute flowers. Our toes look great and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend LN Nails, and will be returning. Make sure you ask for Cindy. read more

I do not recommend this place. I had sns dip nails don't Thursday of last week, it's just now Tuesday and they are already chipping and cracking and look awful. I showed them a picture from their own facebook page of how I wanted my nails done and what she did is not even remotely close. The nail art polish is chipping off, the art she did looks like my 7 year old did it and she even tried to rush me out without doing the design which at this point I guess would have been better. I should have left when she started because instead of soaking off my acrylic nails she tried to peel them of a nail tip and because of that she broke 2 of my nails all the way down to the nail bed when they were almost an inch pat my fingertips when I got there. Then she would not shorten my nails to the length I wanted because I refused to let her peel the rest of my acrylics off so she could put tips on my real nails instead of just using my real nail which is what I wanted and I communicated that the second I walked in the door and many more times after that. I will never go back. This is literally the worst job I've ever had done on my nails and also the most expensive read more

Ive been searching for a good place in the area, because I'm very picky with my nails. People just rush and don't even care anymore. I decide to try this place due to the reviews. Kenny did my nails and did great. Made me feel so comfortable. Kept asking if eyerthing looked good and if I was thirsty. I really am happy with his work. My nails were horrible before from people being lazy and putting color gel acrylic on top of another color gel acrylic. Kenny just gave me a whole new set because they were so bad. He took his time and didn't rush at all. He let me know he takes his time and he did awesome. I will be going back here and I recommend other people to try it also. I even got 10% off just for checking in on here. Awesome! I thought the price was gonna be so high because he had to take my nails completely off and start over. But I was surprised how reasonable the price was. Thank you so much Kenny. I will be back! read more
