First place to actually seemingly take their time on the process in a while. Highly recommend From myself and friend who went and go the works (brows, Gel feet/hands)

I mean the picture says it all . I have never had a worse result for getting my nails done . It's not acceptable

Horrible experience. I don't know if because I'm a man the lady wanted to be super aggressive, but 2 hours later and my finger is still bleeding

My first visit here was average. I just came in for a fill with one nail repair. I came in at 12:20 that day, they open at 12. There were already 6 people in the shop seated and being worked on. Someone told me to pick a color and that the wait would be 30 minutes. After about 45 minutes they sat me in a chair and I sat there for another 15 before they moved me to the back for my fill in. The repaired nail was very chunky but even and matched my other nails. It was an average fill in considering how packed they were so I came back. My second visit I knew to get there when they opened so I was there at 12 on the dot. There were two in the shop, one seated me and the other one greeted the group of ladies that came in. By 12:30 there were about 5 or 6 customers (including me) in the shop and 3 nail techs but they didn't seem worried with how busy it was. I was done by 1-1:20. I got a fill in with these colored tips. The older male free hand painted the tips which I thought was amazing. I would come back.. I paid $45 including tip and my nails came out great. Only missing one star because of the first experience.

Ugly nails that make you want to d ie.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The customer service was horrible . They kept acting like I'm crazy and they don't understand anything I'm saying . I asked how much for the nails and they said $40 but when I was getting my nails done they said it would be $80 I asked for what and they said for the shape ( almond ) and size I said to do it smaller and no shaping and she cut my nails shorter and still charged me $70 . The nails are also so ugly .

My nails after ONE hand wash. Peely and ugly.

When I went to this place regularly, it was honestly because I don't know any better. I switched salons and ended up finding a GREAT place, but they are appointment only and I needed my nails done in a pinch. So, I returned to my ex. BIG MISTAKE! When you enter, the older guy who I guess is the owner immediately asks what you want. He doesn't give you a chance to look over the services/prices. He just demands to know what you want. I say manicure. He asks if I want a pedicure too. I say no. He asks if I'm sure. I say no then he half- assedly directs me to "sit here". WHERE!? The lady then asks me if I want a pedicure. Again, I say NO. I came in with gel polish already on, but all I wanted wanted was a classic, clear manicure. The lady begins taking off my polish by using an emery board to scuff off the top layer of polish, then wrapping each nail in acetone soaked cotton + foil. Okay, cool. Then after a few minutes she scrapes it off with a metal tool. Also cool. But then, she gets out the drill and starts going ham. ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY. This is the LAZY way. And it damages the fuck out of your nails! When I used to go here regularly, I always used to have to take breaks between my gel manis bc their take off process would leave my nails SO dry and brittle. Certain parts of my nails would get super thin, and it'd look like I had weak spots. Lots of dips, ridges etc. I'm one of those people with nails that grow hard and long naturally, so this was always off-putting. I wanted to stop her from drilling, but I kept my mouth shut and sucked it up bc I'd already decided to never ever ever return. The next thing that got me was the actual nail soak part. The water was cold. COLD. Not lukewarm, not tepid, not warm. It was COLD. I couldn't let that fly, so I politely asked if she could get me warmer water. The soaking part goes fine. She files the HELL out of my nails and is rather rough, repeatedly catching and scraping the sides. I'm saying "OWW" but she doesn't tone it down at all. Then the cuticle pinch part...All I'm gonna say is JESUS! As I said previously, all I wanted was a regular schmegulr degular manicure. Clear polish. No more, no less! When she actually starts doing my nails, I notice she pulls out a jar of powder? I'm confused, but I don't say anything bc I'm curious as to what the hell it is? Then she gets a brush and some wet stuff. Next thing I know, she's dipping it and forming a fake nail on my finger! ...At this point I ask her to stop because this is NOT what I want nor what I asked for. She looks confused and says "You don't like" and I tell her again that all I want is clear polish. She looks frustrated and begrudgingly begins to take the fake stuff off, which requires her to buff and drill again. My fingers are dying. Once my nails finally get the clear on them I realize that she didn't really the best job of getting the (acrylic?) off because there is a telltale bulge at the top of two of my nails. Oh well. I'm already irritated. I just wanna leave, so whatever. Of course I know to head to the register to pay, but the guy as well as the lady who did my nails felt the need to remind me to pay as soon as I stood up. I guess they thought I was just gonna walk out???? I mean, I should've, but I'm not that type of girl. The pamphlet said a classic mani was $12 but somehow my total comes to $18. (Maybe they charged me for removing my old polish?) I don't know and at this point I don't even care enough to ask! Ans I still tip the woman bc, idk...that's just who I am. Just take the money, you'll never see me again. About an hour later, I wash my hands for the first time and the polish IMMEDIATELY begins to peel. FML. By day 2, I just end up removing the polish altogether. What waste of $25 -_- If you love yourself, don't go here. I imagine a good portion of their clientele are people who drop in once or twice because they're in the area or live close and don't end up ever returning. They don't care about you or your nails. Like many shops, it's really just about money.

Came in for a classic pedi. It's the most basic of their pedi services, yet it was better than a couple of other places I can think of. A plasticr barrier is used for the basin and everyone is wearing a mask. My service provider (Lisa) was meticulous, so although I was there for an hour, I was satisfied. There is an up charge (optional) for the gel that helps take rough skin of. Other places include it in the price, but I didn't mind give the experience. It's a very busy spot with a lot of people, workers and noise. It was not particularly relaxing, so not really a "spa" experience, if you're looking for that. Seems like a good place to go for all other nail services given the volume of customer. I will certainly try again.

If I could give this nail salon 0 stars I would. They are horrible at SNS. Look at how bumpy my nails are. They honestly thought this was okay. This was terrible. Seems like they only specialize in gel nails. The owner tried to fix them but they still are horrible nails. I will NOT be going back to this salon.

She took time cleaning and filing each nail meticulously. I did get an express manicure and a nourishing pedicure with gel polish - both services cost around $135, but I thought it was well worth the money for the professionalism and detail that the technician offered. Since I didn't have cash for tip, I was able to leave a tip via Venmo. PS: they have drinks you can purchase. After being treated so rudely at my last shop after I asked how much longer the wait would be (I…read morealready waited over an hour), I was on the hunt for my new favorite nail shop. Parking: The building is easily accessible and there is parking on both sides of the building. It is located in a very busy area (east Atlanta village). Nearby businesses in walking distance and right next door: hookah lounge, bar, and multiple restaurants. Atmosphere: a mask is not required. When I walked in I was addressed immediately and was treated so kindly. Something I really liked was when u come in they ask u to wash your hands first then pick out your color. That way so many germs aren't e transferred from ppls hands to the nail polish bottles and vice versa. When I washed my hands there were no paper towels but instead there were clean white towels u could dry your hands with. Process: at this point I'm impressed. I picked out two polishes but I couldn't make up my mind which one I wanted. But then this happened.... the nail tech OFFERED to paint my toes with both colors just to see which one I wanted, I almost cried. lol. I REALLY appreciated that. My nail tech, Minh, was very gentle with my pedicure and didnt make me feel rushed. She also immediately greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. The manager was helping clients out of their massage chairs and asked me how I was enjoying my pedicure. The other male nail tech was pulling out chairs like a gentleman for his clients. They highly recommend making an appointment but the tech did say that if they're not too busy, they will take walk-ins. I made my appointment on their website. Deluxe pedicure: They have the massaging/vibrating chairs. For me that's a requirement. My pedicure consisted of the standard nail trimming/cleaning/cuticle cutting. Then the following steps: sugar scrub leg and foot massage, a skin mask, hot towels wrapped around your legs, a lotion foot/leg massage then finally the polish. I love my techs massaging skills. She was firm but gentle. Usually this part really hurts me bc previous techs were very rough. Payment: you can pay with debit, Venmo or cash app. They even have signs with QR code's so if you didn't already have it, u can download it onto your phone. Overall experience: I can honesty say that I have never been to a nail salon where I was treated no nicely. I had such a pleasant experience. I can say I found my new nail salon. . I also watched how they treated other clients and everyone was courteous and accommodating. The only down side was during my pedicure one of the techs was playing his music on speakerphone for 15- 20 min. That is one of my pet peeves. Whenever I'm out in public, I do NOT want to hear ppls conversations or music on speaker phone.

Solid business overall. I was able to do a walk in. Got a mani pedi done same time. Pricing was not…read moreexpensive either which is a plus.

The work is inconsistent and they charge whatever they want, so ask the price before they begin. How inconsistent? This is my third review. My initial one was after a couple of bad experiences. Found another salon, but a couple of years later after my nail tech moved, I gave them another shot. Two visits in on that go-round, gave them four stars, but my time with Lush Nail Bar Grant Park was short lived because I had to come in (on three different occasions) to have a nail repaired within a week of service. Fast forward a year, I pop in and here we are... I requested a gel overlay and also needed to soak off dip powder. When checking out, the total originally showed: $65 + $10 Soak off = $75 It went to the tip screen, but before I could add the tip and close it out, the screen flashed, and the total changed. I briefly saw it say $75 + $10 Soak off = $85 before showing the tip screen again. Noticing this, I asked her to go back to the itemized view to explain why the price just changed. She really didn't, or it wasn't very clear to me, but I did not want to be that girl, so I just paid (and tipped as usual). I get to the car and notice on my receipt that she had rang me up for an acrylic FULL SET and soak off. That was the change. I did not get a full set as these are my natural nails. I go back inside and the young lady who works the front desk tries to re-ring it up to confirm what the price should be, but she could not figure out the discrepancy. Note: This is not the same person who originally checked me out; the nail tech did. At this point, she asks Vinh what did she ring up. When the totals still did not match - Vinh just starts adding things in to make it match. "Oh, extra $5 for shape. $5 for nail length." In the end I now have a receipt that now says $54 for the main service + 10 soak off + $10 mani w service + $5 shape + $5 length. *Also, so I paid extra for shape, but were they really? I already had almond nails. She asked if i wanted them cut down. I said, yes, you can cut them down so they're all even (since this thumb is shorter). They were not all cut down and that thumb is still shorter! So, if you're going to charge extra for it, make sure you do it right! Also, the ring finger was to be white and gold as on the nail polish card (used to pick colors). It came out just gold flakes. Looks like this should have been a coat of white, and then the coat of gold flakes. I didn't really make her change it for the sake of time because it was already on my nail and still looked ok.. but in hindsight, with as much as I paid (for white nails, no designs) I would've been making sure we got the details right. The nails are cute. I just didn't appreciate the price changing after we've already totaled it - and to realize it wasn't a glitch, but her trying to slip things in.

Found them on Google, called ahead, and was told to come in at 3 for SNS. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday to a nearly empty salon, which was surprising for a weekend. The front desk lady asked what I wanted and called across the salon to a young man who was working on nail decals solo. He visibly did not want to stop what he was doing. With only two people in the shop, someone had to help me, and that fell on him. While he finished up, the front desk lady was actually sweet about the service. She brought over colors and even suggested a fun option: a clear SNS base with gel polish on top for a jelly color effect. I loved the idea and agreed. When he was ready, he held his hands out without a word and got to work. No greeting, no conversation. He soaked my nails in what I can only describe as boiling water before filing everything off, which was genuinely painful. When I mentioned the jelly color technique the lady suggested, he said it wasn't possible, started doing my nails anyway, and never explained further. The paint job was rough. It looked like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. The whole service felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty, which made it more frustrating given that I called ahead specifically to be considerate of their time. Five days later my nails are destroyed. The SNS has cracked on most fingers and taken chunks of my actual nails with it. The gel polish is flaking off. Press ons would have held up better. Would not recommend for walk ins. If you go, make sure you have a dedicated nail tech you trust.
