When LV first opened Linda was nice and she did a good job. Over the years her work and her attitude has declined. Now she is rude and puts zero effort into her arrangements. She complains when you order something on the same day. Complains when you ask her to fill out a card over the phone. She doesn't seem like she wants anyone's business. I could've picked up a dozen roses from a deli for half the price. Not worth it. read more

My mother took a trip into the city for her birthday, and I wanted to send her flowers as a surprise. They have trouble getting packages at their houseboat, so I didn't want to do the standard mail order flowers because they may arrive late, or not at all. I decided the best route was to call local florists who would know the area and would be able to deliver the flowers. The first shop I called was LV Flowers, and I am so, so thankful I did. I spoke with Linda, who was amazingly helpful. She asked my price range, and where my mother's address was - we also discussed the types of flowers and colors my mom likes. Linda sent me some sample photos, and took my payment information. The next day (my mom's birthday), Linda sent two photos of the complete arrangement. It was stunning! It had a huge variety of flowers, and they are just so, so pretty. My mom ended up picking up her arrangement since it was just a few minutes away (moms, what can you do?). But she was so thrilled. I ordered flowers from Flower Design by Anna to be sent to my mother at her office. I specified that I wanted ALL PINK FLOWERS. The florist asked "Is it okay if I put a few white flowers in my arrangement"? My response was "A few, but it should be mostly PINK." When my mother sent me a picture of the flowers I was so upset. They were ALL WHITE with a few little pink flowers. When I called to complain she told me "You did want white, you must not remember what you wanted" and then proceeded to say "What do you want me to do about it?" I asked for a refund, or to be fair half of my money back (The flowers were NOT cheap). She refused and said the only way I was getting any money back is if I returned the flowers. I said that will not be necessary and I thought the conversation was over. A few minutes later I get a phone call from my mother saying that the Florist called her at work and asked if she could come pick up the arrangement and provide new flowers!!!!!!! I immediately called her back and expressed how unhappy I was that she called my mother at work on her birthday and again she said "What do you want me to do about it?" I am disgusted by this whole experience and I will NEVER use this florist again. The arrangement was beautiful, but it was NOT what I wanted. It was NOT what I ordered and when I called to complain she was not helpful nor was she professional. She talked over me while I was talking and did not listen to a word I was saying. She completely crossed the line when she called my mother at work. The only reason she had her phone number was because she needed it in case she couldn't find her to deliver them in the first place. All I wanted was to be treated with respect. I never cursed or raised my voice at her, she was completely rude, unprofessional and irrational. read more

Anna did the arrangements for our wedding and they were amazing. All the guests commented how great the arrangements were. Anna even provided boxes for the cards free of charge.
