I was not agree because first of all it was not our fault. they had to fix her mistake and at lease not charge for corrections. the manager asked me for the edge of my daughter because she is an adult telling me as my daughter has to assume the situation because she was over 18. it doesn't matter the edge of my daughter, she doesn't have experience going to a hair salon. it was just her second time doing something on her hair. it was very disappointing to be on the wrong side of hands.
