I looked at Mandy's FB page and decided to give it a go. I texted her a picture of my hair so she could see the color and length. And I made an appt almost a month away after that- Mandy is AMAZING! I am from NJ and I had been going to my last salon for 11 yrs. Its hard to break up and find a new person. She finally understood my request for side swept bangs. I also had some color/balayage done. Its perfect! I was in a rut since moving out here. I work from home and felt like not dressing up and working in NYC I was letting myself go. Now the salon is at Salons by JC, so do not go to jc penny's like I did at first! Once there, Jaymee immediately put me at ease by giving suggestions and asking questions about what I wanted (to chop off inches and color a balayage). The process took a few hours, so if you're going for this, be sure to block off an afternoon. I really appreciated that she scheduled enough time for me and didn't overbook. She worked on me and only me, which I loved! When she finished styling my now shorter and highlighted hair, I took one look and said, "I have Pinterest hair now!" She made me look amazing!!!
