I went there and asked to talk with the manager and she said that they can fix it but I need to pay for an extra service. I was not agree because first of all it was not our fault. they had to fix her mistake and at lease not charge for corrections. the manager asked me for the edge of my daughter because she is an adult telling me as my daughter has to assume the situation because she was over 18. it doesn't matter the edge of my daughter, she doesn't have experience going to a hair salon. it was just her second time doing something on her hair. it was very disappointing to be on the wrong side of hands.

Now the salon is at Salons by JC, so do not go to jc penny's like I did at first! Once there, Jaymee immediately put me at ease by giving suggestions and asking questions about what I wanted (to chop off inches and color a balayage). The process took a few hours, so if you're going for this, be sure to block off an afternoon. I really appreciated that she scheduled enough time for me and didn't overbook. She worked on me and only me, which I loved! When she finished styling my now shorter and highlighted hair, I took one look and said, "I have Pinterest hair now!" She made me look amazing!!! I would 100% recommend her and will definitely be going back. Her price was reasonable, her attitude was amazing and I literally feel like a new person! The beautiful seating is gone. Yes, they have benches, but the benches look cheap. The lamps, tables and flowers are no longer present. My hairdresser is amazing! Please note this review is not about her, it is more about how this spa does not feel like a spa anymore. I loved walking in there before when it did look like a spa, and now it just looks like an outdated physicians office with zero color. It's a clean building but doesn't have much natural light. If you book an appointment at the salon and sunny request a stylist you won't know who is doing your hair or what their work looks like without doing your own research. My stylist was a friendly man in a messy room that smelled heavily of cheap cigarettes. He spoke mainly in another language to his friend who offered several times to do my nails. My hair came out beautifully, but at $60 for a cut, shampoo, and style I want impressed and don't plan to go back.
