I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by my experience with this studio. I was a loyal member for six years, paying my membership every month. Recently, I discovered that my unused credits were simply removed from my account after I canceled my membership. At the time this happened, I was outside the country during a war, and apparently that didn't matter to them at all. Instead of trying to help or show even basic understanding, the representative I spoke with kept insisting that an email had been sent and showed absolutely no interest in resolving the issue. What shocked me the most was the way I was treated on the phone. The representative was dismissive, rude, and spoke to me in a humiliating and degrading way. After six years of loyalty, this is the level of respect I received. I truly regret ever becoming a customer of this place. If this is how they treat loyal clients after years of paying for their services, it's simply shameful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. read more

I first went to Amazing Lash Studio for a set of new lashes for my son's wedding with Linda! She did a great job on my lashes. Linda is a master technician. I always schedule with her and have never been disappointed. Linda is very professional and does the work in the allotted time. I get my lashes retouched twice monthly. Once when Linda was not available I had a senior technician, Emily, do my retouch and she also did excellent work in the allotted time. Overall, I am very pleased with the services they provide. HORRIBLE service and communication! First of all scheduling the appointment was super easy but when I got to my appiontment... first the place smelled like s***t, second- when I was greated by the tech I was not informed about the after care and/or the process I would be expecting. (not to mention this was my first experience). Worst of all , When I had scheduled the appointment I was super excited to find out that I was able to get a eyelash lift for $79.99 and a tint for an extra $15, I told the receptionist I would love to set the appointment up! Well... 10min into the lifting process I asked the Tech how long was it going to be since we still needed the tint.. she proceeds to say "I don't have time for tint today!".. I was in shocked and asked politely if she can get someone you does have time, well she comes back and explained that whoever scheduled my appointment did not book a spot for me to tint my lashes so now i had to wait until theres a slot available! I was respectful enough to pay for a service i was not promised( the total cost i paid $89.99 but i was given a price on the phone of $79.99 & tint but they had no time for that) if i could i would leave NO STARS! read more

Went to get some lashes for the first time ever! I had a great experience - have always been reluctant to do extensions since strip lashes generally touch my glasses and make me want to scratch at my face. So Lina was my Lash Artist and she was super sweet, friendly, and light handed. She explained everything before she did it and made sure to check how I was doing throughout the process. I ended up getting the classic, D-curl, 14s. I don't even feel them. I see them just a bit but they have been so easy to get used to. I've had so many compliments on them in the 2 days I've had them. Caring for them is simple and NOT time consuming. I purchased the membership and look forward to seeing Lina to do my lashes again. Who knows? I may go with more flare next time around! Highly recommend, oh and Abby checked me out she was quite pleasant. She explained my membership thoroughly and answered all my questions. She was super informative and helped me pick the right style and educated me on how to care for Them. I felt like a new women with my lashes. Went here for lashes the day before traveling to Italy on vacation. It was my first time EVER getting lashes. I woke up the next morning and so many were missing from my right eye. The lash tech had explained it was normal to loose 5-6 daily but I lost so many there was a gap of missing lashes. Unfortunately I didn't have time to come back to replace them. Very clean studio. Vivian the front desk receptionist is extremely friendly and has amazing customer service. If you are looking for someone to do your lashes then do yourself a favor and ask for Joanna. Joanna is very sweet and thoroughly explained all the options. I had tons of questions. I'm so glad I got them done, because it has made such a huge difference for me. My life is very busy and I rarely have time for makeup. I got my lashes done at this location and I've developed an allergic reaction to the glue. Unfortunately, when I called they were not helpful at all. They said to call back in 24 hours with an update and they would see what they can do for me. I can't see out of my left eye. I can't work like this. They do everything they can to make it difficult for you to cancel your membership. The staff can sign you up, but they can't cancel. You can't cancel in person, you have to send an e-mail. A year and a half later the manager is still unavailable and they want to remind me they require a 30 day notice. read more

I made my appointment the day before and I was really glad that they had an appointment for me I was early like she suggest that you do and they were really informative and very helpful when I went back to the room to get my lashes done the girl was also very nice to it was very relaxing as well as when I was finished the girls on the front desk for a very nice were very informative and I actually talked me into getting a membership which I thought it was going to be a great deal because this is something I've been wanting to try and their prices were very reasonable. However the same day later on that night my lashes look horrible they look very bare like if they're just starting to fall off and it's been a 2 to 3 weeks and lashes starting falling off an hour after my appointment I wasn't doing anything extra I was just wearing my glasses and I was trying to avoid everything that they said/recommended however paying the amount that I did and also buying the cleaner and then signing up for membership having lashes start falling off the same night and looking bear Isnt worth it I would not recommend this place ever to anyone nor would I suggest getting your lashes done here read more

I have been a customer here for 7 months now and today was the last time I deal with their customer service. I became member status because it was supposed to give me better deals on their services, but I feel they are just looking for any possible way to get my money. When the pandemic hit, my appointments were rescheduled for three months in a row while I was still paying every month, which makes sense. However, when I was finally able to get my appointment, they wouldn't allow me to use my credits because I needed to buy a full set since it had been so long. And then every appointment after, they would use multiple credits out of my four or they would refuse my request to cancel because of supposed stipulations that were no where mentioned on the website and changed depending on which representative I was talking to. I had to call (according to the website) which I did, then I was told to send an email (Which I did), then I was told I needed to come in person to sign a form (which I did) and finally they cancelled the membership. However, they failed to inform me at the time I used my credits, I would have to pay an additional $40 along with my "credits" for the next fill because I was no longer a "member". After my appointment today they called and left a voicemail saying, "Since you're no longer a member, do you want to cancel your next appointment?" I still have credits left on my account, but I decided to just do business elsewhere because of the lack of professionalism, inconsistent information, and lack of compassion. read more

I went to Amazing Lash today for my first full set of eyelashes. Unfortunately I had a bad first experience. I will say all the girls there were very nice. My left eye is pretty much perfect (besides the lashes staring to come out), but the right not so much. The middle of my eye looks like it's already balding, partly because the lashes are falling out and partly because she didn't put as many extensions on that area. I got the lash bath, I haven't gotten them wet, put makeup on or anything, but they're already shedding on my cheeks. Lashes on the right side are pointing in different directions, and one is pointing down into my eye. My right eye looks like I've had them on 3 weeks already. Also, I guess there was some glue on my bottom lashes so the tech pulled on them hard and got me to really tear up. My friends get their lashes done by an independent artist that's just as affordable and theirs look amazing. I'm sad because I'm going on vacation tomorrow and got these because I don't want to wear mascara, but now my lashes look pretty awful :( read more
