Stay far, far away. Horrible experience here and paid $60 for a pedicure my daughter could of done better.

The nail technicians are friendly and do know what they are doing. However, they always seem to be under staffed and in a rush. The owner/manager needs to hire more nail technicians so people can get the service they pay for. The pedicures are not cheap, but when your nails are barely cleaned and cut before being painted, it's cheap service. This was my go to salon. I will not go back. The owner/manager has turned this salon into an assembly line instead of a luxurious treat. read more

My niece and I scheduled a little pamper break today including a pedicure. I have not been to luxury nails however, someone at the gym suggested to give it a try. So glad we did! My pedicure was one of the best I've had in a long time. It was the Pearl option with lots of lotions, gels, massages all in a comfortable environment. Absolutely horrible. I got over charged for a simple solid color acrylic nail. My nails were so crooked, and yes i asked multiple times for her to fix it and she didn't. My nails are two different colors because she didn't fully paint the nail, there are dents and lines and bubbles in my nails. And she cut me multiple times. They just look horrible and i asked for my money back and they said no, and was very rude. Do not recommend ever. If i could give 0 stars i would. read more

Went and got a full set on Wednesday. It hasn't been even been a week, and I've already got a lot of lifting on the nails. Lost 2 of them already. I asked for a coffin shape, and some of the nails aren't even shaped properly. There is also a lot of the product flooded into my cuticles. For a service that I paid over $50 for, I expect far better quality. I will not be coming back to this salon. read more

I've given this salon my business for over 10 years, but I won't be going again. Had an awful experience there last month with one of the male employees being extremely rude to me in front of multiple customers over something very minor. Then, after waiting for over an hour, the lady who ended up doing my manicure rushed through it so fast she never asked how I wanted my nails styled, and also ended up giving me the wrong color. They were obviously overbooked and understaffed on this particular morning, but that's not an excuse to be disrespectful to your customers. read more

I made a 3p appt to get a gel set for my niece and pedi for myself. I signed in, and within 5 min my neice was taken back for her mani, but I was never seated. Within 45 min 3 people went around asking everyone if they've been helped, literally passing over me each time. It wasn't a huge deal that I wasn't serviced though because I was already apprehensive about getting a pedi there, based on the level of service. When my niece was done, I IMMEDIATELY noticed that the tech did not give her a mani, only put nails on her and painted...they didn't treat her cuticles, moisturize her hands...nothing to treat her actual hands.
