But, with that comes sloppy and poor service that leaves customers unsatisfied. I left with gel nail polish around my toes, gel top coat around my toes, and parts of my toe nails unpainted. It'll be a little longer so then at 10:30 they finally seated us at 10:45. They came over and started on mine then I said well could you do the girls so they brought another one over for the youngest one and my other granddaughter was patiently waiting, but I felt bad. So I said to the lady who I found out her name was Kaitlyn. Nobody gave me their names. They were all speaking in their native language only and I said, could you please start on my other granddaughter I would rather wait cause I want them to feel special she said NO! we really didn't get started till 11 o'clock so I learned later on the reviews that they always say yes to your appointment time even though they're not prepared. Then I also realized they weren't giving the girls the child's pedicure and I said something and they just looked at me. Nobody answered me. I said I even registered when I came in that said the child so they did that for girls sitting patiently waiting for me and they want to come over and sit by me and their nails were dry she said NO . they have to stay even though there were other children running around. I felt bad because it was not a great experience and then before they started my manicure, they said you need to pay first then you won't mess up my nails. I said OK I'm used to that and they had done an excellent job on the pedicure, the manicure was terrible and then to make it worse. I accidentally hit my right hand and I said I'm so sorry and the only thing she did was wipe it off a little bit there was still a ridge like a hole in the because she only put one coat On top of it. She was angry, and I had already paid and given her a good 18% gratuity in good faith before she did it --we didn't get out of there till 1220 and I just didn't have it in me to say anymore, but they had charged the girls for a full pedicure, but I didn't want the girls to know because I wanted this to be a lovely experience. It was I wish I would've read the this happened in March 2026. Beware the one girl I asked her name and her name was Anne and she was very sweet and took very good care of my 11 yr old the others just ignored us. and Kaitlyn was mutttering in her native language the entire time there and looked very unhappy. It was not a comfortable place to be. I called back them the next day when the girls weren't there and they said you wanted water I said anytime I've taken the girls for a child so they let them play in the water a little bit with their feet but they don't charge extra. She goes well you should've asked and I said I've taken them to three different places and they always let them play in the water with their feet and then they just give my child's Mani pedi . I can't tell you how many times she said to me you should've asked what was I supposed to the always has been every place I've ever been. It was not a lovely experience and I feel bad that my girls were so good and didn't complain when we left to go. Why did it take so long? Go anyplace else don't go there. I am currently in dispute over paying the bill. I also want you to know that I always write excellent reviews for everyone, but this was so bad I had to speak out.

Walked in thinking I would only have time for either nails or feet. But they were able to get both done in that time frame with out cutting down on the steps needed to make them look amazing. They took so much time attending to every little detail while keeping watch on the time to make sure I would be out in time. I feel they went above and beyond to make my expierenxe one to remember. I have never been somewhere I felt so amazed by the work being completed by of both ladies but the hospitality of everyone i interacted with at the office. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. The guy doing my nails was…read moreso nice which is the only reason I stayed through the whole thing. Unfortunately after getting home and realizing just how bad these were I called and complained and asked for a manager. Apparently the Manager is out of town long term. He also stated it was the nail polish that caused it, said sometimes they put acetone in the polish to thin it out and he probably over thinned it. I have to wonder if this guy is even licensed. He had absolutely no clue what he was doing. He filed me nails I have been growing out for 6 months down to stubs. He shaped my one hand square with rounded edges which is what i asked for. After giving him multiple corrections on that hand and actually picking up the file and doing a couple jagged nails myself because every time he touched them he made it worse, I finally told him these were perfect shape and do the other hand the same. 10 minutes of filing later, I look at the other hand and he had made them completely rounded to a point and all in different lengths. I was in disbelief and then I started telling him that he needs to look at what he is doing.... I could go on and on about the 100's of corrections I had to give him. When it got to polishing he would put the polish on missing huge gaps in the nail bed, or with debris under the polish. I had to point out at least 5 spots on every single nail he kept missing.... I swear he has never painted nails before. As you can see in the pictures here this could have been done by my 4yo son. I told him I wanted a polish on my nails and feet. He insisted on a pedicure and manicure for $45. Once he has me sit in the pedicure chair for upwards of 3 hours while doing absolutely nothing to my feet, he then informs me that to get a polish is another $16 for feet and $13 hands. So I ended up paying $75! for this! He did not file the bottom of my feet. He scrubbed the tops of them with a brush so hard it left scratches all over my feet. He then filed my two big toes completely different shapes. I was so upset with how he filed my right toe. I asked him why he did that and he said sorry... sorry... I Do Better.... I called him to discuss the situation the next day as the polish has chipped on 2 nails already... He told me to be there at 9am yesterday. Of course nobody was there the 3 times i went by yesterday. I think this is a fraudulent nail salon meaning nobody is licensed. Lastly before he even started polishing my toes, another lady came in and asked for a mani/pedi. He said yes I have time, proceeded to put her in the chair with bubbles. The bubbles overflowed all over her pants and he did nothing about it. That poor lady sat with her feet in the water for about 2 and a half hours before he even finished with me. Moral of the story.... DON'T GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! THIS PLACE WILL COST YOU LOTS OF MONEY AND SEVERAL HOURS OF YOUR DAY.
