After the pandemic I was very cautious of going to nail salon. Many nail places don't properly disinfect the pedicure tub and the jets , reuse of manicure instruments / nail files and products are put in reused plastic soap containers. Yuk! Most important, I want to relax, not wait in line and not be in a room with 50 people - super loud- people lined up next to you - no privacy. . I drive by my old nail place and can't imagine going back to a place like that no matter how cheap the cost. La Belle is busy with customers but I'm usually have 2 seats between me and the other customer. Relaxing instrumental soft music , no TV and no loud shouting across the room (lol). Vikki , is super friendly and always makes sure I'm comfortable. She is a professional and does a fabulous job for my manicure and pedicure and eye brows waxing. They use top of the line polish and hand and foot products. Easy booking on your phones Payment is pre-paid on line so I just leave when I'm done. Highly recommended and worth the cost. Upon arrival, I was directed to the row of 5 massage chairs used during pedicures. You get the remote so you can control the massage feature to your preference. You're then presented with a menu of complimentary items, such as coffee, tea, coconut water or a nice assortment of snacks (see photo). Talk about starting off on the right foot (and yes, she did start on my right foot)! I got a coffee which was freshly ground and brewed to order and my wife got a coconut water. The pedicure process itself was smooth, easy, and relaxing. We both got the express pedicure. My feet feel great, and Paulina did a wonderful job taking her time on some stubborn areas (my last pedicure was about 14 years ago). My wife's took a bit longer than the 30 minutes because she had her nails painted, but overall, she gave the process a thumbs up. The place itself is small, but it's cozy. A large mirror helps make the place fell much less narrow, and the design is modern but not over the top. They had music playing throughout and the sound system is great. Overall, while I can't really compare this to other pedicures, the place, the process, and the customer service were all excellent. And I didn't think I'd be saying this, but I think I'll be back!

I called multiple times to see what was up with the phone ringing and then completely going to voicemail indicating she closed her phone. Maya did not inform Mrs. Ken of any possible circumstances that may have arisen to postpone my appointment. Moreover, I had to call Mrs. Ken to find out what was happening since Maya refused to call me back or send me a message. It was through Mrs. Ken that I found out that Maya: 1. She already spoke to me; 2. Already did my service; 3. Had confirmed all my information; and 4. Was being professional. If I had already done my service, why would I be there and waste over 30 minutes waiting for a response? It speaks volumes on Maya's professionalism that she deemed a client unworthy of the simple courtesy of corresponding with them and then lie to her employer. Emergencies happen and had I been informed I would completely understand but the fact that lying and making a client be left in the dark is incredibly disgusting behavior that is not appropriate. The upseting part is the fact that if someone can lie like that to their clients and employer, who can speak on the quality of the services offered? Perhaps I dodged a nail infection and I won't thankfully ever know. Mrs. Ken is very kind and nice. I felt bad interrupting her weekend due to this. The quality organic products she uses are the only product I have ever found that actually last longer than 5 days. I tried every kind of polish including gel dip. This product is the best out there and Maya is very skilled in applying it. My manicures last 2 weeks at least, I can make it 3 weeks if I'm out of town.
