I have to say, previous reviews made me skeptical but a friend and I made a reservation for 12pm on a Saturday. Service was friendly and time efficient. Thi completed my dip manicure in a detailed manner and made sure to ask if I liked the shape and style along the way. Would definitely recommend her. 4 stars only because the detailed experience varies on who you get assigned to. Ask for Thi, she was awesome!

Awful experience. They did my pedicure in 10mins... rubbed my right leg raw. Rushed my group in and out. Was so quiet and awkward, we had to ask them to put music on because I could literally hear them clipping the toenails They don't wash the towels. They picked the skin off, sprayed Downey from a glass cleaner bottle and put them back in the warmer. SO FILTHY!

Bleeding finger after manicurist cut it with cuticle tool

This morning , my daughter and I went for a traditional manicure. The manicurist deeply cut my daughter's finger while trimming her cuticle. It wouldn't stop bleeding and he didn't know what to do or how to treat the deep cut. We applied pressure and applied a tissue and bandaid. He properly clean the cuticle tool after it had blood on it. They were incredibly unsanitary unprofessional, insensitive and never made eye contact when we were leaving to pay for 1 manicure . The receptionist never apologized not spoke to us. My daughter's finger bled for over an hour and we had to change the tissue and bandaid twice. We had to purchase peroxide and neosporin to properly clean the cut. This salon should be shut down! This salon is not ratable and doesn't deserve any star , but I had to choose the lowest rating in order to submit this incident. Wouldn't be surprised if they don't respond as they didn't speak to us in English and the manicurist only apologized after he saw how upset I was and how poorly and unprofessionally it was all being handled.

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I don't usually post reviews because I like to give hardworking individuals the benefit of the doubt, but this was such a physically and emotionally scarring experience I needed to share in hopes it could save someone from going through what I did. Firstly, the nail techs did not realize I could understand Vietnamese and said I had nails "so ugly it makes me want to vomit". I also heard them complain about clients coming in, making it seem like they did not want to be there. I can only imagine what they say about everyone else. Re: the manicure itself, I came in with my friend and we got the same thing and paid the same $60. However, she started before me and finished long after me and got the full manicure plus designs on double the number of nails. Meanwhile, my nail tech rushed through mine, skipping all of the steps and products so basically all I got was a dip polish change & trim (didn't bother referring to my inspo image more than once to get the design right)? She also left a mess of white smears on my skin even after I washed my hands multiple times & the worst part - was so careless she made me bleed on 3 fingers it stung to wash my hands for 2 days. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY ARE GLAD TO HAVE YOU THERE!

Cut my foot deep and then tried to "clean it" by soaking my foot in the warm bath water. I left right away and went to the market across the street for Neosporin.

Infected toe

Please please please do not get a pedicure here. My foot became severely infected right after i got them done. I am so saddened, disappointed, and mostly disgusted with this outcome. Save the trip and money.

This is my right hand with the shorter finger.

First of all, they weren't friendly. Second of all, while doing my nails the older guy continuesly pushed my other fingers out of the way like I could read his mind or something. I went in with a reference photo and he said he couldn't do that (even though on their pricing board it said they could do a pink and white dip). I could understand the whole powdered glitter nail not being done but he said he couldn't even paint a them with a glitter nail polish. I asked for the same shape just a little shorter and some of them still ended up having a flat edge somehow. When I asked him to round them out more, he glared at me and yanked my hand back. I have a shorter first figure due to an accident awhile back and I told him not to do that nail because it just won't look right(I've gone to so many places and it's never looked right so I would know my own finger.) He did it anyways and surprise, it looks horrible. It's not even rounded at the end. The color isn't even close to what I asked for either. Not to mention, he didn't even have me go wash my hands before he put the nail polish on so now there's a bunch of bumps under the paint. I feel horrible about these and it was the worst $50 I've ever spent. Not to mention they don't switch out their utensils. The nail files and nail bits were all dirty before he even touched my nails. Not a sanitary place at all.

She stayed in communication with me and was very responsive to all my phone calls and texts regarding wedding day details. Kaylie (I may have butchered the spelling) did my make up trial and wedding day make up. She was also very accommodating to my needs. I originally opted for the airbrush, but then decided against it. I thought her airbrush skills were excellent, my face just didn't like it. She did an even better job applying my traditional make up. She used a lighter foundation and my face looked awesome. I would highly recommend her. She can do both romantic and dramatic make up styles.

I was pretty new to professional eyebrow waxing and skin care, but now I love it. I always see Leah, and she's helped me grow in my eyebrows to a reasonable shape after years of over-plucking, and now she's working with me on facials to try to coax out that bridal glow. I've tried their makeup (especially their long wear lip color) and some of their skin products, and I've been very satisfied. They always answer my questions and make suggestions, but they aren't pushy about their products. Great for eyebrows, facials, skincare, and makeup in my experience.
