this would be 1 star but because i have been there three times now to get acrylics and they did a great job both times i think they deserve a 2. HOWEVER THE NAILS BREAK VERY EASILY i get the pink and white full set every time and by the second week i have the nails at least two have cracked then eventually broken. Whenever i have gone to get my nail fixed after it breaks it is always free and they are very nice about it quick in and out BUT THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT. i went in to get it fixed told them i needed it fixed and got multiple questions asked about which nail tech did my nails and what chair i sat in and how long ago it was and these questions were all asked at least twice and almost every tech in the store came looked at my nails and eventually i had enough of it so i said i will just do it at home and then i got sorta yelled at to sit so i did and then he finally did my nail while continuously muttering in the language that they speak to other workers and at the end told me it would be $5 because he fixed my nail, mind you i had gone through an entire interrogation, i didnt get any color put on my nail, and while using the e-file he 'accidentally' ran over the skin on my actual finger. I tried to pay regardless of what i thought so i pulled out my card and then got yelled at for not paying with cash. they ended up not making me pay and told me to make sure i pay next time but i definitely wont be there "next time" read more

So Sunday was my first time ever attending this nail salon and I have to say I am very impressed! I have been getting my nails done at different salons for over 15 years now and never have I quite ran into a Salon like luxurious nails! The lady that did my nails her name was snow, and from the moment I sat at her table Percision was all I saw. She was so meticulous about every nail and made sure every one was perfect! She was so super sweet and caring to make sure that I loved the size shape and color that I chose for my nails! I would highly recommend her to any and all of my friends! She has done my nails the best that I have ever had them done in my life and for a moment I thought to myself this lady should do nails for famous people, but I am glad she doesn't because then I would have not gotten the pleasure of her doing my nails so beautifully. Anybody that has not been here should definitely stop in and see what the buzz is about because this place is where I will now continue to get my nails done forever. Seriously people you want beautiful nails this is your place. Love love love. Thank you "snow" I found a new home for my nails because of you. read more

0 stars, this is the most racist nail salon i have ever been to, the owner is rude, she looked at me, a black israelite queen like "what the hell are you doing in here" i felt so unwelcome i didn't want to spend a gift card i received. i have held on to the card over a year knowing i was never returning, so i gave it to someone rather than let it go to waste. the woman i gave it to, another black israelite queen felt the same exact way about this place when i didn't even share to her my experience. i would never return to this place, even if i was not paying.... they will never see one dollar of my hard earned money!!! they treat black israelite women like crap!!!! never again!!!!! racist owner for sure!!!!! the only reason you get 1 star is because i couldn't post my review without rating. in real life, negative 1 star!!! read more

Very personable staff. Both of the receptionists were really nice. I also found the technicians to be lovely too. I've been to other salons and most of the time the techs don't really speak to you. However the techs here were awesome. The place is very well decorated and inviting. Everything was spotless. I highly recommend going here. A man named Tom applied acrylics to my nails and he did a great job. read more

The friendliest staff of nearly any local business I've been to, let alone a nail spa!! Owner/Operator Angela is so sweet and incredibly knowledgeable, specifically about gel manicures and eyelash extensions. The glitter gel nails are made up with loose glitter right before your very eyes and are unique to the Michiana area! Prices are affordable and the quality is spectacular. read more

There are new owners for this nail salon, and Tammy is a wonderful addition to the business. She has taken care of my nail needs before and has done dips, shellacs, manicures and pedicures for me. I always call first to schedule an appointment first since I am not a fan of waiting. I am very pleased she is part of the business and does such great work. read more

I had the most pleasant experience at Luxury Nails, today! Jenny is beyond talented. I appreciate her genuine interest in our conversation, and how she took pride in her work.
