I don't usually bother writing negative reviews, but I gave this place a positive review a few years back and sadly it's time to change that. They took a clean/luxurious feeling spa with chandeliers and cloud painting and slapped tacky college sports stickers all over (and kept the chandeliers and clouds). But more upsetting is the decline in service. I have gone twice recently and both times they rushed my manicure by doing it at the same time as my pedicure standing (in my face with no divider during covid) where they weren't able to be as precise - leaving a lot of polish and slip ups on my fingers and uneven edges around my cuticles. This experience is not relaxing whatsoever. I wanted to enjoy my $70 pedicure but I was being barked at to hold my arms in an uncomfortable position for my manicure at the same time. Don't bother using the massage chair when they are simultaneously half-ass doing your nails because it will shake and mess them up. Again this was two consecutive experiences like this. Regarding the pedicure - I paid for the better massage but the man giving me my pedicure was too busy chatting it up with his coworkers to halfway pay attention to what he was doing. They also claim that they don't like to remove calluses because it causes them to grow back. Ummm okay but I came to your establishment expecting smooth feet when I left. They also told my mom that her calluses were bad cause she's old and were rude as hell about it. Moral of the story - historically this place was great. I gave it a try recently and they disappointed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again and they disappointed in the same ways. Will not be using their services anymore. Would not recommend unless you're in some kind of hurry, not too concerned about quality of work, and if you want your "relaxing" experience to feel like work for you. read more

So Sunday was my first time ever attending this nail salon and I have to say I am very impressed! I have been getting my nails done at different salons for over 15 years now and never have I quite ran into a Salon like luxurious nails! The lady that did my nails her name was snow, and from the moment I sat at her table Percision was all I saw. She was so meticulous about every nail and made sure every one was perfect! She was so super sweet and caring to make sure that I loved the size shape and color that I chose for my nails! I would highly recommend her to any and all of my friends! She has done my nails the best that I have ever had them done in my life and for a moment I thought to myself this lady should do nails for famous people, but I am glad she doesn't because then I would have not gotten the pleasure of her doing my nails so beautifully. Anybody that has not been here should definitely stop in and see what the buzz is about because this place is where I will now continue to get my nails done forever. 0 stars, this is the most racist nail salon i have ever been to, the owner is rude, she looked at me, a black israelite queen like "what the hell are you doing in here" i felt so unwelcome i didn't want to spend a gift card i received. i have held on to the card over a year knowing i was never returning, so i gave it to someone rather than let it go to waste. the woman i gave it to, another black israelite queen felt the same exact way about this place when i didn't even share to her my experience. i would never return to this place, even if i was not paying.... they will never see one dollar of my hard earned money!!! they treat black israelite women like crap!!!! never again!!!!! racist owner for sure!!!!! the only reason you get 1 star is because i couldn't post my review without rating. in real life, negative 1 star!!! read more

I went to Luxury Nails for the first time yesterday and was blown away! I got a manicure, pedicure, and some waxing done. All services were done by clear professionals that were very kind as a bonus. My nails look great at I feel great! The wax they used is non-irritating and was a pleasant experience compared to others that I have had. Very personable staff. Both of the receptionists were really nice. I also found the technicians to be lovely too. I've been to other salons and most of the time the techs don't really speak to you. However the techs here were awesome. The place is very well decorated and inviting. Everything was spotless. I highly recommend going here.
