Do not waste your time getting a dip powder manicure. I went in and one person removed my previous dip (that lasted a whole month intact) and then shaped my nails. Everything was going well and I liked how she was working. Then she switches with someone else because she had to do a pedicure (I guess they double booked her) the new girl doing my dip powder does it extremely rushed and leaves them lumpy. Didn't take her time to cure them in between coats. She then walks away mid manicure for almost 10 minutes with no explanation. They have a policy that if they chip in under two weeks you can get it fixed. So I have a nail chip in a week and I go get it fixed. The woman doing my nail uses another nail to RIP off my powder (left my finger throbbing the rest of the day). Does not take her time and leaves it lumpy as well. And now a week and a half later another nail chips. Mind you the previous set I got at another salon lasted a whole month in perfect conditions. Extremely disappointed. The two stars are for the first girl that was so sweet and was doing a great job. read more

Though conveniently located, there was nothing else nice about this salon, service or experience. Prices did not match their online listed prices. At a 9:00 service, I assumed I might be first of day and therefore they would be prompt, when in reality my tech wasn't even there and arrived 14 minutes after my appt. Tech was dressed very unprofessional, offered no greeting and spoke 95% of the time to other techs. She didn't explained difference in classic or deluxe pedi. No callus removal was done on heels, bottom of feet or side of big toe and I chose the deluxe. Advertised price was $30/$32 and I was charged $40. Worst pedi with highest price for the actual service performed. I do not recommend. read more

Their prices are fair and they have a fantastic color selection. I love being able to match my gel color to the regular polish version for my toes. In addition to that, I got an SNS manicure, and its super streaky, bumpy, and all of the nails r uneven with each other. They charged me an additional $10 to take off my previous SNS, so I spent $50 + tip on an uneven manicure. I could only review this place on my own experience. My daughter and I went for a simple manicure, and their service was very good. The cost for what we received was surprisingly good, $12 for a manicure each. We did not get gel or dip. Nail techs sat as quickly, and quickly did each of our manicures (side-by-side), and although they don't appear to know very much English making conversation difficult, they were friendly. read more

Anna did my nails about four days ago after explicitly telling her that I wanted acrylics she uses gel z then she processed to ask me to test the strength drvll me taking my pointer and then pressing it into my thumb it cracked the nail so obviously it wasn't thick enough and then she said that she was going to have to charge me $5 for breaking the nail so I said to her sweetheart you asked me to test the thickness and I didn't even apply much pressure all I did was put my thumb to the tip of the nail and it cracked so she said fine you don't want your nails done by me and she cut all of my nails off then her boss was there and he looked at her and he said do her nails and do it with the acrylic now so she might have doing my nails for me the right way three days later three nails broke so I had made an appointment yesterday morning at 9:30 in the morning which I called to cancel because my sister went into labor I came in today at 11:30 to get my nails done I waited 20 minutes to be seen which I didn't mind waiting because I knew they were squeezing me in on a free fix and I appreciate her time so I wanted to give her a $10 tip and instead of her taking the $10 for me she literally threw the $10 in my face and said that I don't take tips from customers on fixes so I don't understand that like if a customer wants to tip you then what is the problem I just think that you didn't want any money for me because she has an issue with me and in order to throw money into somebody's face that's actually really disrespectful she could simply handed it back to me and said sorry sweetie we can't take tips on fixing or you know like I did that for free babe don't worry about it but no one said she through the $10 in my face like I was a piece of trash or something because I came back to get my nails fixed on their two week guarantee after 3 days of the breaking her name was Amy and at least that's the name she gave me and I will never be going back there and if you appreciate your money and like I guess I have respect for yourself I would go there either there's plenty of other nail salons where you don't need to be treated disrespectfully because I have a 2 week guarantee on their nails and then try to tip them to say thank you for fixing my nails and you get $10 worth of single Stone in your face like some stripper you go to announcement on as a female to relax because you work so hard every week so you spend $100 every 2 weeks just to make yourself feel better about yourself and I thought $10 tip on fixing three nails was a nice amount of money just to say thank you when it was supposed to be 100% free I guess it wasn't good enough for her because she literally threw it in my face where the clients that was sitting next to me were appalled and then she told me to get out that I was done and get out and not to come back and I don't know what I did wrong besides to come back to get my nails fixed at me while they have a two week guarantee on their nails so if there is something I did wrong I would hope the nail salon would have said something and not treated me like I was worthless customer because if they treat anybody and everybody like this they're not going to be in business much longer and this will be the last time I go to them read more

The owner is very nice and she has a few techs that are great. If I could base the rating on just that and their skills I would give 5 stars. But then there is the other extremely rude and unprofessional techs in the shop. If I could base it on those techs it would be zero stars. Unfortunately some of the techs in this shop use such foul language and are so unfriendly I will not be going back. Getting a manicure while sitting in the pedicure chair isn't a pleasure either. My fingernails looked like a child did them while not being able to relax during my pedicure. I don't think there's any ventilation in the place. After 2hrs in the building though my senses were mostly accommodated. They redeemed themselves once they got started.
