I went for my very first pedicure today and I was nervous because I do not take good care of my feet. I have heard horror stories of techs not wanting to work with people if their feet are bad, etc. they made me very comfortable. I went to jolly nails last wendsday before leaving for my Bachorolette trip and asked for ombre nails they said they could do it and it turned out horrible and I still had to pay full price! she even apologized because she knew how horrible they looked. she didn't even touch my cuticles and nipped my skin a few good times I left with my finger sore from the dip being attached to my skin and nails it was just the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon and I was just so sad cause I read nothing but good reviews before I went. read more

Unfortunately, the staff was extremely rude and tried to talk me out of getting multiple colors on my nails. After I said I wanted to stay with my initial choice, the staff was laughing and being very rude for the rest of the appointment. I have always paid $40 for the same nail set and they charged me $50 because "I wanted a manicure and shellac" which is not at all what I had asked for. I have been getting my nails done at Jolly Nails for nearly a year and am always happy with the way my nails look. I also like their friendly and efficient service. It's an enjoyable experience! My own nails break so easily that I like acrylic nails with gel polish. They last forever except for the fact that they grow out! If I could figure out how to make my fingernails stop growing, they really would last forever. LOL read more

My experience has always been wonderful until today! I walked in and was barely looked at. When a lady approached the counter she said pick color. As I did meanwhile I stood there as she took a phone call. She told the customer on the other end she had a customer and it would be an hour, wasn't good enough for the person on the other end. The lady behind the counter then told her 5 minutes! Then hung up only to tell me to have a seat. She started my nails, a lady then walked in the salon 5 mins lady. Now this is what really baffled me, the lady doing my nails told me I have to wait now 5-10 minutes! Seriously! I now have no choice put to stay my nails are half done! After 7 mins the person took over only to say "What you can't wait? " So I told him what a poor way to treat customers! I should of been told I would have to wait and not pushed aside for someone else! My money is just as good as any walking through the door! He then proceeded to tell me I was a walk in she wasn't. I corrected him and told him I heard the conversation on the phone so I know I was the first guest and it shouldn't matter! You do not treat customers that way! All he said was "I'll take care of you today" Poor poor customer service! I am sad to because I will never come back, I used to love this place! The owner needs to get a clue about customer service and opening on time. I had a 0915 appt. They open at 0900. I arrived at 0900 and waited until 0925. I finally left and said heck with it. As I pulled out they were just getting there. I went back. The owner was rude to me. He also seems irritated about accepting Groupons. His excuse for being late is because he has a baby. I just stopped in for my first time to get my gels nails taken off. They had 2 people they were taking care of it is 1.5 hrs before they close and they tols.me that they would not be a le to so anything b/c it was too late. Then they proceeded to ask if I got them done there and I said no. I am new to the area and you just lost my business forever nor will I recomend you to others that I meet. In all the years I have never been told sorry too late 1.5 hrs before they close and no-one waiting. And they were just giving 2 men a pedicure that can't nearly as long as women. One star for how nice the technicians were.. But that's it. We were a bridal party and the wedding was the following day. Three of my nails chipped pretty bad and one toenail. The rest of my nails looked like they would start chipping any day. Three of the brides toenails were completely off; how is that even possible? My pedicures normally last 2 months!!! I suspect that these reviews and ratings here about this salon are inflated and fabricated- First, I visited this salon and the prices are extremely high for what you get- I was charged 10.00 more for the same services that were listed on the "Nail Price list" Which is conveniently placed for the salons advantage, hanging on the door as you leave so you can see how much you were overcharged as you leave! Second, As a client you do not get the feeling you are first priority as the salon techs seem more interested in what is going on with their computer than they do with their clientele- During my pedi and manicure the tech left several times to attend to whatever was going on with the computer. This apparently takes two people to manipulate because there was a woman there who never left the PC once while we were there. Odd. You just get the feeling that if they are having a bad day they take it out on their clients as well! Third, While the salon appears clean, Very little attention was paid to cleaning up the bowl after my daughter and I had a pedi! We had to for go the one time use only foot pumice which was worn down and well used, because they had used the same one on another client just before us! This was a very bad experience- My first time was my last time at this sub standard "spa"/ "salon" Yuck! read more

The staff were friendly and very accommodating (we had no appt.) however we won't be returning. My husband and I stopped in for pedicures and manicures. Since his leg surgery it has been difficult for him to bend over and cut his own toenails. I figured he would enjoy getting a pedicure and he felt comfortable when he saw there was another man getting the same. When the woman was done with my husband he called me over and I was a bit shocked, she had cut a lot of his toe nail away on each foot. She kept saying she was a miracle worker and he would never get another ingrown toe nail again. She may be right if her plan was to cause such a terrible infection his toes fall off. My poor husband ended up with an urgent care visit a week later. Both feet very infected. My own toes were inflamed but I have been home treating and should be fine. Again, poor job with cutting the nails. My manicure was poorly done and uncomfortable. The technician was fairly rough with pushing back cuticles leaving my fingers sore. It took almost 2 hours for my nail polish to finally cure after I got home. I ended up with big nicks and gouges in the polish. Portions just wanted to peel off like a sticker, obviously the polish is old. Overall the experience was not healthy and a complete waste of money. read more
