I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. I originally called to make an appointment for 9:00 am, but when I called back to add a friend, I was told they actually don't open until 9:30 -- so my appointment was changed to 9:30. When I arrived, one of the nail techs immediately started yelling at me, saying she had been waiting since 8:30 for me to show up. I tried to calmly explain that I called and was told they open at 9:30, and that another worker had changed my appointment, but she completely dismissed me and kept yelling, insisting it was my fault. What made it worse is that the sign on the door clearly says they open at 9:30, so I was just doing what I was told. She continued to raise her voice even as I started crying, which was humiliating and incredibly unprofessional. This was by far the rudest and most disrespectful experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I will never be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic kindness or respect. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, however, one of the other technicians did apologize for her behavior and did a great job on my nails and was very kind. 1 star. read more

Hubby wanted a pedicure so I found this place on Yelp. There wasn't a wait so that's always nice. He said the pedicure was okay, nothing special. Yelp has a 10% for $30 or more service however... when we went to check on it the discount expired in 2018! Yelp should take this off because it's deceiving! read more

I don't live in the area but get pedicures when in town visiting with my parents. I have been here twice and both times left unsatisfied. The first visit, the polish was chipping off within a couple days. This time (yesterday) I was rushed to the chair as soon as I got in the door. She literally said "hurry, come right now" as I was trying to pick my color. I was then rushed to pick a service. Once the pedicure started, I quickly realized she was distracted... watching tv on her phone from the pedicure cart. My nails are cut crooked, the polish is sloppy, and she didn't remove dead skin or callouses. Once my service was done, the tech rushed off to the back to finish her show and eat lunch. My mom got the same service next to me and I watched her get way more things done than I received. My dad gets his feet done with no polish, literally one less step, and he left with his feet still rough as well. We didn't even do the basic package, we went up to the mid level. My parents get pedicures often and won't be returning and I know I won't be either. read more

A coworker recommended this location to me, so I decided to check it out. I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails, but I said I wanted length. She cut my nails short anyway. I chose not to say something because it wasn't that big of a deal to me. The French tip was done too thick, and i said several times it was thick. She tried to fix it and redid several nails, but still too thick! By that point I should have just done a solid color but I'm just going to get them redone somewhere else. I was charged $60 which is insane to me. She said it was because she did a pink base and blue tip. To me, it looks chunky, like half my nail is blue lol. Definitely not worth it, felt like a waste of money. She was nice and made sure I got the colors I wanted but did not listen to my feedback of how it looked so I just said it was fine and left. read more

I called to see if I can get appointment for manicure and pedicure. I was told to come now as there is vacancy now . I went there and all technicians were busy. One lady was waiting for pedicure before me . After waiting for 15 minutes, I was told to go to next pedicure chair. Water was very very hot. If I would not have checked, i would have burnt my skin to second degree burn, easily.?I complained for hot water, one person came and took some water out and another one states that now you can put feet down, without checking. Then after another 5 minutes, I put feet in water. Waited 20 to 25 minutes. When I asked the owner, she says it will be 2 minutes before 20 minutes passed. So I am here for 45 minutes and another customer also taken by next free technician and that person came 20 to 30 minutes after me. At the end , I ended with plain pedicure without nail color. And done in 15 minutes. This has happened before also lady year. Other customers of different looks got preferential treatment. I am not sure if my complexion has any thing to do with this . Will not go back for sure. Beware if you are not looking sophisticated or of non caucasian back ground. read more

i am very picky about which salon i go to to get my nails done because we all know it's always a hit or miss! this salon is BY FAR my favorite salon i've ever been to. i come here with my boyfriend to get our toes done and i am so impressed by the amount of detail they put into the service you choose. my boyfriend and i both get the deluxe pedicure and it was always top tier every single time. it is so relaxing to get your nails done here. they provide you with amazing service right when you open that front door. they're all so welcoming and get you in without appointment within five minutes every time! they have a great selection of nail polish if you're wanting to get your nails painted! i haven't gotten the chance to get any other service here other than the deluxe pedi because i never have time, but i'm just so satisfied every time i come in! this salon is very clean. they wipe down everything that needs to be wiped down after every use. the counters are always clean and the floor is always swept and tidy! very organized store and they have a big tv you can watch something on when you're tired of scrolling through social media. their massage chairs are very relaxing and feel great. i'm always dozing off to sleep every time i come in here! the staff is one of a kind. they are so welcoming and comforting. they always make sure you're comfortable and enjoying your service you're paying for. speaking of price, i pay $45 for the deluxe pedi and i tip VERY WELL because you get effort above and beyond $45 worth. i always make sure to tip well but these ladies deserve it all! they're so detailed and skilled!!!! highly highly highly recommend this salon! pro tip: get your toes painted white if you want your feet to look pretty read more

I went expecting a normal nail appointment experience. I called to make the appointment, and was offered a time the next day that worked perfect for me. I arrived 10 minutes early just in case they were ahead of schedule. I was wrong. I ended up waiting a total of 45 minutes for my fill. After about 25 minutes of waiting, I was moved to a station where the nail tech was working on me as well as someone else just before me. Very unsanitary and gross. Finally when I was about to leave, they started on my fill. I chose a light green color and did a matte top coat which I don't usually do. I went home satisfied with the job they did for the most part. However, the next morning when I woke up I noticed several cracks and almost like bubbling in my polish. Not just the matte coat, but the gel as well. After I showered, it got worse. I went in again to get them fixed the next day and was told I had to wait 10 minutes for my original nail tech to finish her current client. Meanwhile, there were two other techs that were doing nothing. I don't see why it had to be the lady I had before because frankly, I don't trust her anymore to fix it. I waiting a total of 20 mins with no service and decided to leave. I was furious. The next day I came back again. By now everyone knew who i was due to the amount of times I showed my face there. Finally I had them fixed. I'm thankful they fixed them for free but I'm giving 2 stars for how unsanitary and for the rude employees. UPDATE: literally one day after I write this review, another nail is split and broke into. Wtf!!!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could read more

I'll be honest, I haven't had a pedicure or had my eyebrows waxed since the pandemic took hold. It was going to be quite a task for whoever took me on! I'm a doctor working nights currently, so my hours are a bit skewed. But I showed up around 6:45pm and I was truly PAMPERED. I did not feel rushed at all. SO happy that CK is open until 8. Linda gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had in my life. She also suggested that I try shellac instead of regular polish to prevent the chipping I've been experiencing in the pool during the summer. I also had my eyebrows done (WHILE I had my pedicure, so I was truly pampered- I swear I nearly fell asleep!) and they look phenomenal. C&K is a great nail salon. The techs are always very friendly. I usually schedule an appointment, that way I can walk right in and not have to wait. The weekends can get pretty busy, so if you don't schedule an appointment, you could be sitting there for awhile. The nail techs do a great job and I always leave feeling very satisfied with my mani. I get the shellac manicure which tends to last about three weeks. The pricing is very reasonable. I love it there. read more

He was careless when he was painting my nails and smudged them multiple times, having to go back and fix them. Now that they are dry, I can see spots where he missed the clear coat because he was rushing to finish. Typical male. His station was also dirty. I went 2 days ago to get a fill and they turned out nothing like I requested. I asked for almond shape. 2 were almond and the rest were either oval or not even shaped at all. They are also very chunky and rough. Now, they are chipping. Very saddened by this experience and will not be returning. read more

I went here June 2019 for a dip manicure. Not only did I leave with 8/10 of my cuticles left raw (all now have scabs). But from start to finish, they were poorly done. I typically prefer dip because of the usual take off process of not having to file my natural nails for removal (they are very very thin). The nail tech hardly soaked them, and carelessly filed off instead. He then started to apply the dip as normal but when it came to file it again, he was careless.. I even had to instruct him to go back to a few nails. I ended up leaving $45 later with a horrible manicure, that took too long, and was done with every edge left unnatural. After spending OVER 2 hours here, all I had to show for it was a chipped pedicure. Soaked my feet for over 30 minutes before I asked for the second or third time if anyone was going to help me. When I finally got to the manicure table, the technician took over 45 minutes to remove my dip manicure, burning my hands in acetone the entire time. After 2 and a half hours I insisted that I needed just a basic manicure because the time was getting ridiculous, and she instead gave me shellac and still charged me for it. Absolutely awful!! I went there for my first dip powered, super excited and left very disappointed. They forgot the 3rd step and their solution was to just put another top coat on. When I got home, within 2 hrs they started to pill up and the coat was already coming off. So I drove all the way back and asked them to fix it. They did fix it but when I asked for a coupon for composition for spending over $40, 3 hrs of my time, and two car trips there... they acted as if they didn't understand what I meant and I left feeling extremely ripped off. read more

I was really impressed with how friendly they were, and absolutely loved that!! But on the other hand I came in needing a pedicure. And also asked what their recommendation was on my nails. I had a previously bad paint job done (at a different salon) and asked if they could change that or give me a fill if needed.(I was at my 2 week mark) They told me that I didn't need a fill and just did the polish change. Just the next day I had already felt I needed a fill and on top of everything else my total was $80 just for a pedicure and a "polish change." Which I definitely could have received a pedicure and fill for that same cost. I also had showed them an issue underneath my nail and was told "it's alright it is underneath, you can not see it." So overall I'm giving 2 stars just because I really did like the 2 girls that were working on me. But the quality I'm quite sad about :( read more

I was incredibly DISAPPOINTED with the DISRESPECTFUL service that we received today. My mother, sisters, and I went to get manicures and pedicures for my sisters wedding. While turning into the parking lot, they called us and asked us if we were coming. This was still 5 min prior to the appointment time. We also brought my preschool aged daughter with us to have her nails done as well. We told them that my daughter was to have her nails done as well. They took at least 3 people ahead of her. We continually reminded them that we wanted her nails done as well, and they replied that it wouldn't take long and she would get done by the same time. Finally, my mother's pedicure was finished and she asked her technician to paint my daughter's nails before moving on. My daughter patiently waited OVER AN HOUR after her appointment time. My daughter had been talking about this for over a week. They prioritized walk-in clients over a preschooler. They also did not ask me how I wanted my nails shaped. Really poor treatment.
