After he put the nails on and filed them i had to go to a pedi chair and sit and wait for another person to finish them. Then once the lady started she then said she didnt have the pearls. After they both told me they had the pearls and they could do it. so at that point the polish and chrome was already on so i just told her to finish without the pearls. They finished and half of the nails are missing chrome on the tips, all the nails have dents in them and left polish all over my fingers and didnt clean up good from filing or any of it. very disappointed and wont be going back there

Thanks so much to the staff here for being so sweet & accomodating. Happy holidays! Side note: i read the prior reviews of entitled and practically discriminating women on here (especially the one who wrote that script mocking the language barrier!). It's really a shame thats there's people like this making a fool of themselves on yelp. You live in Granger Indiana not Beverly Hills. I have lived in big cities and seen prices much higher by 4x & people actually appreciated the services they got!

Don't go here! I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the moment I sat…read moredown, the workstation was still covered with nail dust and debris from the previous client, and the technician never cleaned it before starting my service. I came in asking for a gel manicure, but the technician kept insisting that I get acrylic nails instead. I politely explained that I only wanted gel, and he became visibly upset. He started preparing my natural nails by filing them down, then abruptly stopped, walked away, and left me sitting there with my nails unfinished. No one else at the salon stepped in to help, apologize, or offer to finish the service. I left with damaged, unfinished nails and felt completely disrespected as a customer. I understand that technicians may have recommendations, but customers should never be pressured into a service they don't want. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and poor hygiene were unacceptable. I came in excited to treat myself and left feeling frustrated. The photos speak for themselves. I will not be returning. If possible I would give them -5 stars, terrible service!

As I was walking out I noticed this little nail salon, and popped my head in to ask for an appointment. Very nice lady helped me, and I was back a few hours later. Anasha gave me a fantastic pedicure, which I very badly needed. With no time to do anything but pack and move, my "time for a pedi" went speeding right by. She took care of my callouses, dry skin around my toenails, cut and shaped them (no nicks or cuts), soaked me, oiled me, massaged my feet, wrapped them in hot towels, and put a GORGEOUS color on them. I teased her and said, "if anyone asks me what color this is, I will tell them #853 at Angel Nails"! Under the nail drier, and put my sandals on my feet. I had NEW FEET!! Now, to pay. I wanted to tip her in cash, had no branch of my CA bank in town, and didn't have the "cash app" they use. So, I left my phone with them, went and bought a little something, got cash back, and went back to pay, getting my phone back. Such lovely ladies. My pedicure was $40, and it was not a normal one, taking a lot longer, but she charged me the normal price. I will be regular from now on. So, quiet without a huge, echoey room with lots of chatter.
