They listen to all of your wants and needs while balancing what is best for your hair. I accidentally went to here instead of the other location where my appointment was and the other location had to cancel my appointment. I was so sad because of how excited I was to get my hair done, but the manager came over and moved some things around to fit me in so I could get my hair done, which made me so happy. Madie did my hair that day and I was extremely nervous for judgment due to how badly my hair was damaged and the fact that I used box dye. She never judged me one and instead explained what we could do for my hair to keep it moisturized until we grow all the damaged hair out. She recommended products to help me, services we could do to help my hair be hydrated since it was so dry, along with other tips to help me at home. I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. I originally called to make an…read moreappointment for 9:00 am, but when I called back to add a friend, I was told they actually don't open until 9:30 -- so my appointment was changed to 9:30. When I arrived, one of the nail techs immediately started yelling at me, saying she had been waiting since 8:30 for me to show up. I tried to calmly explain that I called and was told they open at 9:30, and that another worker had changed my appointment, but she completely dismissed me and kept yelling, insisting it was my fault. What made it worse is that the sign on the door clearly says they open at 9:30, so I was just doing what I was told. She continued to raise her voice even as I started crying, which was humiliating and incredibly unprofessional. This was by far the rudest and most disrespectful experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I will never be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic kindness or respect. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, however, one of the other technicians did apologize for her behavior and did a great job on my nails and was very kind. 1 star.
