Now that they're growing out and I'm cutting down the acrylics and they're naturally falling off, my nails are peeling and they filed them down way too thin. It's a horrible feeling. Also, I asked for coffin shape and while filing them into that shape, the male tech kept filing into my skin! I kept saying ouch and he looked at me like I was crazy. It's not a good thing when your customer is in pain and you keep doing it and don't even say sorry. Sheesh! Good price but customer beware, they're not exactly gentle. The one thing I can say is that it was a calm and relaxing vibe in there. They had some youtube channel on that was a woman farming and making food with a very nice relaxing zen backing track and I enjoyed that far more than listening to music that isn't relaxing. The place I usually go to in Indy does a much better job on the nails, but unfortunately, the staff is so young that they tend to listen to music that is very inappropriate.
