After I paid MY money, he didn't think I should get what I wanted. The powder he put on it is very inconsistent and clumpy on one side and smooth on another. Some spots not even covering my full nail. I absolutely hate them. Would not recommend to any of my family or friends here. Very dirty and nasty inside. Smells strongly of cigarettes as well. read more

I was part of a bridal party and they did great in accommodating us all. We had to book closer to the closing time due to some individuals' schedules. They did not rush the service or seem irritated. They offered us sweet treats and water as we were getting our pedicures done. This was very nice because before this appointment I had to drive back home from college. The owners created great small talk with us and even shared the joy and exciting feeling towards the bride for her new chapter in life! Called several times no answer, decided to drive over. According to online information they open at 10:30 am on a Sunday. Arrived 10:20 am everything dark and very junky inside, so disappointed and sad . You would think they would be there to open and get ready. read more

Terrible experience. I asked for acrylic nail set and was told $28.00 for a full set. I was rushed, the owner who is a male never even did an actual manicure, pushed or clipped my cuticles, nothing. Very disappointing. Three nails are crooked. And at the end, he said $38. Unreal. I stated how is this $38 when I got a basic white acrylic color" and his reply is " I did gel top coat so it's $38". I never asked for gel, nor was the process gel nail, he was dishonest and lied about my price. Let Me attach my nails for a true review. I would never recommend this place to anyone, let alone a rude service was given. I don't write bad reviews, and hate the thought of having to do so.. but for a nail salon to lack 100% customer service, and let someone pay $38 for the most basic set of nails that were completed in 20 minutes deserves nothing but a 1 star. In addition, they were telling everyone "20 min" Wait when it was only the husband and wife owners working and they had 5 people in there waiting for nails, one getting a pedicure, and 2 in the middle of nails. Nice people but only two workers so waited an hour then got the worlds fastest pedicure. Don't waste your time with this place.

Called at around 3:30, an hour before close, and was told to come in at around 4. Showed up and it is now 5:20 and she's just now starting on my fill in and the other man with the tattoo on his arm had just started on my friends full set of acrylics. The guy cut my friends finger with the electric filer and then tried to cover up the blood with his dirty finger like that sh*t didn't hurt. And then they were running around that place like bobo the clown because nothing was organized . The woman started her period on the seat, which like whatever stuff like that happens, but then I watched her wipe the blood and then touch my friends hands without washing her hands. And then her husband kept going out to grab a drink of his Starbucks and get a puff of his cancer sticks. They were nice enough to give us gel because we waited 30 years, but honestly it was just for times sake. I still tipped the guy 5 because they looked pretty cute . But I recommend Tammy across the street from them . 10/10 wouldn't recommend. Maybe next year but probably not . Lol read more

Absolute waste of money. I came in with dip and wanted instead of removing it, they just put more on! Then they added two coats of gel nail polish on top of it. There's nail polish all over my fingers and the tips are absolutely horrible. I will never go back. read more

I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door, the salon was very clean, and both the lady & gentleman working (I believe they were the owners) were extremely friendly, helpful and very professional!! I'm kind of disappointed in their service. Every time I tried to tell the person doing my nails that one of them was uneven, they ignored what I said and talked in their language to the other person. Personally I feel like they were attacking me behind my back. They were also very rushing. They didn't take their time on my nails and messed a few of them up, not only that but they weren't dry when I left and i now have to go to a different place and get them fixed. More money I have to spend because they were unprofessional. read more

I really wanted to like Art Nails, but I just couldn't. I was there on a normal business Saturday, and the salon was painfully understaffed, with only the 2 owners. Three people getting pedicures all being taken care of by one person, and three getting manicures all being taken of by the second. After perusing the shockingly small inventory of polishes (maybe 20 bottles total), I began to look around. The floor was dirty and unswept. The manicure stations and no-chip light boxes were crusted with flecks of leftover polish from former manicures. The germ factor was cringeworthy. The owners' three children were running around playing 'Star Wars' with pretend light sabers. After waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled appt time, I just left. The shop is named 'Art Nails,' but its name is the only thing this salon has going for it. read more

I'm new to the area and haven't found a nail salon to regular yet...so I decided to try Art Nails yesterday and I really wasn't disappointed. I got a pedicure and the lady working did a great job and took her time which I appreciate. The only complaint I have is the wait time, they're definitely understaffed as they only have 2 workers from what I seen. However, they made up for the wait by giving us coupons and upgrades to our services free of charge. Which to me made it seem like she cared about our business. In past years I've had great experiences but the few last times I've gone the guy has completely screwed up my full set, crooked nails uneven lengths not the style or color I preferred and he was so rude and mean with me and my hands squeezing my fingers and drilling my nails til they bled. I have been going to Art nails for many years and have always had a good experience. That was until today when I got a full set of gel nails. He didn't listen to what I wanted when I asked twice to push back my cuticals so now there is already a gap, he put two of the French tips on crooked and there are bubbles in my nails. Furthermore I went back in to tell him about the crooked ones and asked him to fix them and he said it was normal and couldn't fix it. I will not be giving them any more of my busines due to lack of quality control and customer service. read more
