We were in the area an hour earlier than we had expected. I contacted the salon to see if we could come in a little earlier. They were able to take us 45 minutes earlier with no problem. It really helped us get all our errands done and pick up our dogs that were having a spa day as well. Bella & Dafni did our pedi's, and each did a great job. The shop was VERY clean, and I felt they have good processes to assure everyone has a pleasant day without any worry about picking up any toe funds or any cold viruses. It's nice to have people take care of you while you are in their space. We will definitely be going back to this salon.

I had to constantly remind the stylist what I wanted and she didn't put any nude polish under the colored powder so it was completely see through. The nail tech, Haley was doing everything so fast that she hurt both of us in the process a couple times. After that, I was a little more tense and she kept telling me to relax but with an annoyed tone. Thankfully the nails came out okay, but the tech herself was not nice. And at the very end, there was just messy details. I came home and finished filing my own nails and cleaned them up a little more. I work with people so I understand having a bad day or being burned out, but I would never make another customer or client feel this way. After the initial getting prepped as she's cutting my long nails I told her not too short I still wanted length. She cuts a few of my nails too short. I'm upset because not only is it time I allowed my nails to grow a certain length just for them to be looking botched in the end. I tried to let it go, and then when it came to the color it just looked too thick. It looks more gooey than shiny and sleek like usual.
