The employee was unhelpful and unconcerned with my problem. I made a special order in January of last year, It was to be delivered in late February mid March. When it came in I paid for it with money and a gift certificate. I opened the box before I left and it was filled with bottles of chemicals. I was refunded my money but not my gift certificate. I was informed that it was at their other business and I could pick it up that weekend. Unfortunately they had staffing issues and were closed for weeks. when they finally did reopen the new person who was there said it was lost for the moment. He informed me it showed up in the system that they had it, but none were on hand anymore. He said he would call me to let me know what he found out. The entire time he was supposed to be helping me, he was more focused on his golf partner in the background who was waiting for me to leave. When he did call me he said they were unsure what was going on to check back later. I went in a few days ago because I still haven't gotten any answers and the response was unhelpful and unconcerned. He stated that at no point did my order ever come in they never had it. He added infact no order was ever made that I was lied to by the previous employee and there's nothing they will do as well as they will not order anything or help.
