Upon inspection, the were rotting In the ground. I returned to the store in hopes of either getting them replaced or getting some of my money back. They refused to do either because I didn't keep my receipt and I'm not a member. Normally I would let some like this go but their products are on the expensive side so I would expect quality products and a company that would stand by them. I've purchased similar products at big box stores locally and never once did I have something not come up. I went to Jung's because the other stores were out and I was willing to pay more to get what I needed. I understand they have to have return policies but they could have done something. Other stores would have at least given me a store credit. The did not seem to care at all that they're going to lose my business. They were rather cold, manager included. I'll stick to the big box stores. At least I can count on better return policies and friendly employees.

I was a little nervous as I had to measure the existing cover and use those measurements to order a new one. I was warned that I would essentially loose the approx $500. if it didn't fit. That was a little scary. Scott in Stevens Point told us how to measure so that was at least reassuring. I expected to have to pick up the cover myself at the store when it came in but I was surprised when Chase delivered the new one and took the old one. We were planning on building a deck with a hot tub in the spring so in December we ordered a hut tub to be delivered to our house in late APRIL . The Pool people store manager suggested we ordered it to be delivered to Wisconsin ( either his main warehouse OR his store . We were gone until April and did not have room to hold it on our property . We get a call in March from their warehouse in Mosinee asking when we'd like the delivery. We told him at the end of April or early May . It was like he was NOT told by the Stevens Point store that we could NOT take delivery until we start construction in late April or early May . He did NOT understand and continued to try to schedule . He continued to complain that he did not have room . NOT OUR PROBLEM. We then told him to call the Steven Point manager who never forwarded the delivery instructions. That was just the beginning of poor customer service and how unorganized the Pool People company is . The manager at the Steven Point store continued to lie to us about what happened, like he didn't understand how anything could go wrong . HE HAD NEVER FORWARDED ANY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. That however was no excuse from the angry warehouse personnel. In early May we then arranged for deliver . We we're scheduled for midday delivery , late morning to early afternoon . At around 5 PM we called and they said one of the delivery drivers had not shown up and that it would be delivered the next day . MOST Companies would CALL the customers in the MORNING if the will MOT be able to DELIVER. NOT have the customer WAIT until end of day for the CUSTOMER to Call . They then Said It would be delivered the next day . We were sinking the hot tub into the deck and the contractor wants the frame AFTER we had the hot tub . Needles to say , the next day NO SHOW, NO CALL . We could NOT wait for the hot tub to continue construction . After the second NO SHOW , we called the warehouse and talked to someone that said the owner would be delivering it in a few hours . When the hot tub arrived, there were 2 gentlemen but neither were the owner . There was one ANGRY man that appeared to be in charge. I went outside and he asked where do they need to deliver it . When he saw that h they had to install it INTO the framed spot, he really got RUDE . He got out a tape measure and started measuring all sorts of things , and the Questioning me on the Dimensions of the opening our contractor had taken off the literature we had on the hot tub . As he Continued to whine and badger me about the opening, I reminded him the Hot Tub was Supposed to be DELIVERED 3 Days earlier. They then proceeded to insert it into the perfectly framed spot . When finished, the supervisor did NOT TALK TO ME and had the Other gentleman have me sign the paperwork . Very childish, NOT PR

We had bad experience here. While finishing picking out items in the shop our young child knocked…read moredown an item and cracked it. Before we could address it a young worker grabbed it from us and said, "I'll take that". When this happened were carrying around approximately $75 in items we planned to buy. We also assumed we were going to pay for or offer to pay for the item or son accidentally knocked down. Before we finished shopping the worker returned and told my wife to pay damages or buy the broken sphere. We then left to pay for only the broken item. While trying to pay for damages and leave the interaction with the owner/manager was bad. She was on the phone, then very rude and lacked any awareness of how to manage a situation like this. She was complaining to us and confrontational about her always taking the short end when people broke things. We left upset and insulted. Instead of leaving and buying several items, including the one we broke. We did find another nursery nearby and had a great experience there. I recommend spending your money somewhere else where it's appreciated.

I was…read moreable to get the 4x8 sheets of foam cut, I grabbed 15 10ft. pieces of pvc pipe and put them on the floor. My husband got there with the cart and someone came to help put them on the cart. When I got to the check out, they were waiting with my foam. Evan helped me find someone for the foam, Nathan cut the foam, another Nathan loaded the pvc pipe, Kelley at the check out let my husband know where I disappeared to and then let me know where she sent him. They just helped us get it all out to the car, didn't have to ask. I had a cutter to cut pvc and Kallan helped me with that. I thought, well we are getting older, but we're just as old when we go anywhere else. Big call out to Lowe's in Plover. It was greatly appreciated and that's where we'll be going from now on. My wife loves their garden center as they have the best selection of trees, plants and bushes in…read morethe area. Unfortunately the store both inside and outside seems woefully understaffed. We could get our steps in for the day, just by looking for someone to assist. This is yet another store pushing self checkout. I think it would it's only fair to give the customer an employee discount on purchases if they are forced to check out their purchases.

Regardless of its size, they are well stocked even if this is the only Target available for the surrounding area. I really enjoy taking my time and going through everything. There are always a lot of clearance and interesting new items. I like that they carry higher end make up and have better quality items than other box stores. The staff are friendly and helpful. When there are too many people waiting in line, a register opens up immediately or they will take you up at the Service Center. Couponers are appreciated! The employees are knowledgable and they don't scoff or cringe when you have to do an extreme order. Their bathrooms are also well maintained and cleaner than most public places.
