We had to work with Universal Hime Protection to get my credit from my protection plan and somehow that didn't come over or no one could find the information. TJ contacted Universal and got the info he needed and scheduled our delivery in only a few days. Thankyou TJ Schwebach! Now on the other side of the business, other than sales, it is extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone in the office or service department, phones are never answered and leaving a voicemail is useless, they do not return calls. They have a text option as well which can take up to a day to get a response if any. I'm trying to be understanding due to Covid but it is not acceptable in my opinion. Once service is scheduled if you can get ahold of them, the service people who have come to the house have been great.

So I lived with it for over a year and I hated it so much. Every day was so annoying trying to sit down as the cushions kept coming right out. I called again and asked about the extended warranty I paid extra money for. Now they say that it is a manufacturer's defect and I can't use the extended warranty. The salesperson on the phone literally told me "that's what you get for buying the cheapest one". Horrible service. You will be better spending your money elsewhere.

Proceed with caution with this business. SHORT VERSION:…read moreUnprofessional, no punctuality, no invoices, charged an amount different than told. Do your due diligence with research before making an appointment. Continue if you would like the details of our poor experience. Our issue began March 25, and was not resolved until April 14. LONG VERSION: Our dryer stopped working, due to good reviews we called M&S on a Thursday evening. I told Mike what the issue was based on the code the dryer was showing, Mike said he could squeeze us in the following afternoon but if he got too busy it would be Monday, excellent. Friday came along and I wasn't hearing anything from M&S, I called him at 5:18 pm to see if he was planning to come. He said he wouldn't make it and could come Monday between 9-11. I was fine with that since he was squeezing us in, but a little disappointing that there was no communication from the business and I had to reach out as a customer. Monday came and he did show up, 45 minutes later than he had said. He looked at the dryer and then said he didn't have the part(not sure why he came empty handed when I told him over the phone what the issue was), so he would come back later that afternoon. He did come back, and tried to replace the part, it didn't work, he said it was a different issue and could come back on Friday between 9:15-10. He said total would be $467.15 & needed to pay half, so we paid $230, no invoice. On Friday my husband took off of work, finally at 9:55 after not hearing anything from M&S, we the customers had to contact and find out what was going on. M&S said they wouldn't be able to come until 1 PM. M&S then didn't show up until 1:46 pm, almost 4 hours after the original appointment time, no notice from the company. He replaced the part and ran it for 10 seconds with us, at the time it ran for the 10 seconds. He said we could get a $25 discount for a Google review, I had left a 4 star review (have since deleted because of what transpired after). The whole total was supposed to be $467.15, I paid $230 the first day, then he still charged me $223.82 (after my "$25 discount"), that totals $453.82...the math isn't matching, again no invoice. That night my husband went to do laundry and the original error code came back on the dryer and would not run. I texted M&S the following morning, a Saturday within his business hours, to inform him that the dryer was not working and asking for a refund because we just wanted a new dryer at that point and had been without a dryer for almost 2 weeks as a family of 5. I got no response until 7 hours later when I texted again, someone else supposedly answered and Mike was at a funeral and would get back to me later, that is fine, I left them alone out of respect. Monday came around and I had to text M&S again asking for a refund. He was very unprofessional in his response basically acting as if we broke it, accusing me of calling him a scammer when all I ever did was ask multiple times for a refund, saying he would refund it and that there is a restocking fee. I immediately asked restocking fee price and what amount the refund would be, I was left with no response for 48 hours. At this point I decided to file a dispute with my credit card company, I filed 4 days after continuously asking for a refund and getting no where. Suddenly the day after I filed my dispute I got an answer from M&S offering to meet me to get the part and give a refund. He came 2 days later and gave me a cash refund. I immediately called the credit card company and requested they cancel the dispute. 2 weeks later, after the dispute merchant deadline had come and gone M&S started sending me nasty texts. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Photo evidence of unprofessional texts, and dispute dates/charge amounts so there can be no deception

The second part was the installation. The crew started with installing the counters and sinks in the bathrooms. Next they began working on the kitchen. During the installation, the installer received a phone call that his wife began ill and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. He took the time to make sure the plumbing connections could be made, so we wouldn't be left with a kitchen that couldn't be used before he left. Part 3, Codi the installation manager came to expertly put the final touches on the install. The counters look beautiful. In the end, the counters and sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen look great and most importantly the installers wife is on the mend. We would recommend Stone Innovations for your counter/remodeling needs.

I had issues with the furniture wearing out cushion covers are fraying and now look terrible. I thought no big deal I purchased the warranty that was all inclusive. That warranty i found goes through furniture protection, and they decided that they will not cover any repairs. I called Ashley and asked for a refund on the warranty and was told that it would be prorated. I explained that the first call they refused to repair anything! I asked for a full refund and was told that was not possible so basically if you purchase the warranty then you will be paying for nothing, The equivalent of paying for a mythical being like Santa Clause and they will keep your money and let you pay for some idiot to sit in there office and say you were paying for the coverage that never really existed.

We left there feeling frustrated, exhausted from the amount of time it took and really wish we had shopped around more , which we will do ni the future. Also beware that if you see something in the store you like , like a lamp or chair, coffee table, painting , even if it has a price tag on it, you wont be able to take it with you that day. They will have to order it for you and have it shipped to you! Because of that, they lost probably close to 700.00 in business we would have given them that day in rugs, lamps, and other accessories we would have just bought and taken home had that been an option. Since we were going to have things shipped we opted to go home, go online and order that way, saved us a ton of money too. I also think the delivery fee for an in town delivery is a bit high, especially if you have an order over 1000.00 Again go online.. you can get free delivery from many places and the same or similar items at lower costs and avoid all the hassle of the in person location. I also dont like how they stalk you the second you walk in the door, even if you call you cant get a simple question answered without knowing if you have a saleman or being given one. Its a pretty big turn off.
