We had to work with Universal Hime Protection to get my credit from my protection plan and somehow that didn't come over or no one could find the information. TJ contacted Universal and got the info he needed and scheduled our delivery in only a few days. Thankyou TJ Schwebach! Now on the other side of the business, other than sales, it is extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone in the office or service department, phones are never answered and leaving a voicemail is useless, they do not return calls. They have a text option as well which can take up to a day to get a response if any. I'm trying to be understanding due to Covid but it is not acceptable in my opinion. Once service is scheduled if you can get ahold of them, the service people who have come to the house have been great.

We saw there Big 4th of July mattress sale on tv and thought we'd check it out. When we first enter…read morethe store we were greeted by a sales person and told him we were just looking. What we didn't expect was for him to stalk us like prey around the store. We prefer to look around and if we see something we are interested in, then seek out a salesperson. However at this location, that was not the case. I simply wanted my wife to check out the mattresses "blindly", unaware of the price and to let her discover which mattress was the most comfortable for her. My lovely bride is often too frugal and will let price decide in order to save a few dollars, instead of what is the most comfortable. Unfortunately the salesman thwarted my efforts by constantly offering up too much unsolicited information. We came to the store wanting to buy and he literally talked himself out of a sale. I then drove us down to Wisconsin Rapids and to Tammie's Furniture and Mattress Gallery. My lovely bride was allowed to try out almost every mattress on display. It was only after finding one that was the most comfortable for her was price discussed. It turned out to be a Stearns and Foster Pillow Top, the same brand that Furniture and Appliance Mart had on sale. We purchased the mattress from Tammie and the following day returned to Furniture and ApplianceMart to purchase their Queen Mattress cover/protector as it appears to be a well made product. Shari was the Room Consultant that sold us the mattress protector and was very helpful and patient when we asked questions about the product. She had a totally different demeanor from the salesperson we worked with the previous day. Had we have worked with Shari first, I'm confident we would have purchased the mattress from her as well.

My husband got there with the cart and someone came to help put them on the cart. When I got to the check out, they were waiting with my foam. Evan helped me find someone for the foam, Nathan cut the foam, another Nathan loaded the pvc pipe, Kelley at the check out let my husband know where I disappeared to and then let me know where she sent him. They just helped us get it all out to the car, didn't have to ask. I had a cutter to cut pvc and Kallan helped me with that. I thought, well we are getting older, but we're just as old when we go anywhere else. Big call out to Lowe's in Plover. It was greatly appreciated and that's where we'll be going from now on. Thank you.

The second part was the installation. The crew started with installing the counters and sinks in the bathrooms. Next they began working on the kitchen. During the installation, the installer received a phone call that his wife began ill and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. He took the time to make sure the plumbing connections could be made, so we wouldn't be left with a kitchen that couldn't be used before he left. Part 3, Codi the installation manager came to expertly put the final touches on the install. The counters look beautiful. In the end, the counters and sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen look great and most importantly the installers wife is on the mend. I called Ashley and asked for a refund on the warranty and was told that it would be prorated. I explained that the first call they refused to repair anything! I asked for a full refund and was told that was not possible so basically if you purchase the warranty then you will be paying for nothing, The equivalent of paying for a mythical being like Santa Clause and they will keep your money and let you pay for some idiot to sit in there office and say you were paying for the coverage that never really existed.

She was complaining to us and confrontational about her always taking the short end when people broke things. We left upset and insulted. Instead of leaving and buying several items, including the one we broke. We did find another nursery nearby and had a great experience there.
