They stopped the job, contacted the supplier and arranged for new materials to be delivered. Several years ago they update my bathroom and installed a new shower. They did a marvelous job in a timely manner. I had them install a shed on my property three years ago. They had to build a base on a slope of a hill, install lattice and then erect the prefab shed. The end product exceeded my expectations. Then I had the remove and replace the same shed after it was destroyed by a tree in July after a big wind storm. I also had them do some smaller jobs. They have always turned in a great job at a fair price.

The one unfortunate thing was I asked for two rain barrels instead of downspouts - and they installed them, but less than a year later the rain barrels were falling apart (the drainage spigot fell off on one and the spigot wouldn't open to drain on the other). Steel Shield responded promptly to my call and came out and replaced the rain barrels with downspouts, no charge. Can't remember the rain barrel brand, but they said they won't use that company again. Sadly, I am out the original $350 it cost to purchase those rain barrels and there was no warranty on them...
