A couple days later Robert Morey the owner of A1 Concrete called me on a rainy morning and asked to get payed so I met him at the bank and paid him and he was suppose to come back and seal the concrete and take off the forms from the side walk . Its been over a month and he hasn't come back to finish the job. He would not answer my calls and my builder said when measuring corner to corner there was a difference of over 4 inches.
