After having a really bad experience with another roofing company, finding this company was a breath of fresh air. From the beginning, Guadalupe, the owner, was honest, upfront, and genuinely easy to work with. Everything was explained to us in a very thorough way, and we were kept updated on every step of the process. The communication was excellent, and her team was amazing to work with as well. Everyone was professional, respectful, and did a great job. The pricing was amazing, the craftsmanship was excellent, and the whole process was honestly a breeze from start to finish. They were also incredibly thorough, including making sure everything was completely cleaned up when the job was finished. We're very glad we decided to go with them. Finding a roofing company you can actually trust makes a huge difference, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer!

That's just for starters. They don't come, and they don't come and they don't come. I'm calling and calling to see when they're coming and finally, when someone does show up, it's NOT Brincks Exteriors; it's Larry, Moe and Curley Joe from some slipshod roofing company they've sublet my job to; without ever telling me. They took an iron railing down to start (without marking the sequence they had to be put back up), and a separate company had to be brought in to do that job, and finally did that at the end of this whole scenario, about 2 months from the start. The estimate I paid for was supposed to replace all the plywood on the 14' x 18' surface, and they only replaced about 5 or 6 sheets, if that. During the whole comedy routine, they poked a hole through the sheetrock down into my bedroom, which is below this porch. L, M & CJ Roofing offered to fix it, free of charge, but at this point, after all the hassle, I just wanted the job finished and them off my property. They used a very thin rubber roofing product (.002 or something like that) for a surface that is used for porch furniture and foot traffic, when it should've been a thicker, more suitable surface in order to last. These guys are general contractors; they didn't come and do any of the work - had I known how that was going to go, I never would've hired them!! Beware!
