Apparently the entire store could be rearranged, but pricing can't be updated. Regardless of the reasoning, he refused to honor the listed shelf price and simply said, "It happens, it's not our fault." Actually, it is your fault . If you own and operate a business, accurate pricing falls on you. Customers should not have to double-check whether shelf prices are correct every time they shop. We ended up returning the item and bought the exact same part at the local auto parts store for significantly less. Five of the seven screens' frames were bent from Ace installing the replacement screens. After a discussion with the store manager, he wanted to see if the screens frames could be straightened. I agree with this option to rework the five screens in question. I picked up the screens, and three of the five screen frames were still too bent to be used. The Ace Hardware store manager came to my home to see if he could install them. The store manager tried to install them, but the three reworked screens still had frames too bent to be installed. The store manager took the three screens back to try to rework them. I tried to install the three reworked screens, but two of the three reworked screen frames were still too bent. I asked the store manager to pay for the two screens that Ace Hardware tried three times to rescreen. The replacement cost was $160.00. The store manager refused to compensate me for the poor workmanship at Ace Hardware of Wautoma.

I had a situation where I had to get my well disinfected and retested from out of town. They were always helpful, courteous and professional but not only that, they really went above and beyond. Also after Eric retested the well, he even dropped off the test results to the village of Kronenwetter. I can't say enough good things about them! I give them an A+++ on service. Talked to their staff about which chicks would be the best for laying eggs. They pointed out a batch and I took a bunch. We raised them the way they had recommended. A few months later they were getting bigger and started looking like roosters and not chickens.( few hundred is supplies and products already spent). Well they were all roosters, not one chicken. Contacted tractor supply and all they said was its passed the 30 day return so they can't help me. First time raising chicken, they are furnaces for 2 weeks, few weeks of growing feathers and then another few weeks to start showing signs of being roosters, unless you are an expert(but I'm beginner). This makes the 30 day return policy almost impossible to meet. Don't listen to their staff and they do not stand by their customers. Will not go here and recommend a more quality place.
