She said Bob would deliver, install and take away my old one. Said it might be the next day but he had a full schedule and it would not be in the morning. But the next morning he did come. He had to remove several doors in order to get it into the house and into the basement. Then he installed my dryer and showed me how to use it. The next thing was to get the old one out and replace my doors. I thought he was done after that but then he got out a device to clean the exhaust pipe. I can't believe how much fluff he got out of that pipe!!! He was here over 2 hours and was thorough, friendly and enjoyable company. I know I would not have received such good care from any of the big box stores! This company has been in business for a long, long time.
