They did a complete tear off and while replacing the new shingles they discovered the tabs were cut incorrectly. They stopped the job, contacted the supplier and arranged for new materials to be delivered. In order to turn out a quality job they had to tear off the defective shingles and start again with a new batch. Their attention to detail to turn out a quality job was impressive. I would highly recommend Central Home for their quality and attention to details.

Several years ago they update my bathroom and installed a new shower. They did a marvelous job in a timely manner. I had them install a shed on my property three years ago. They had to build a base on a slope of a hill, install lattice and then erect the prefab shed. The end product exceeded my expectations. Then I had the remove and replace the same shed after it was destroyed by a tree in July after a big wind storm. I also had them do some smaller jobs. They have always turned in a great job at a fair price.

Last year this company was hired to do a roof replacement on my home and my mothers home due to…read morehail damage. I was under the impression that he would be doing the work. The crew that showed up was from Iowa. I ended up with a leak and they did damage to the soffit on my mothers home. I spoke with him in person last year and have called him numerous times. There has been no effort on his part to make the situation right. I even filed a complaint with the BBB and he won't acknowledge that either. If I would have known how this would have turned out I would have waited for another local contractor.

A couple days later Robert Morey the owner of A1 Concrete called me on a rainy morning and asked to get payed so I met him at the bank and paid him and he was suppose to come back and seal the concrete and take off the forms from the side walk . Its been over a month and he hasn't come back to finish the job. He would not answer my calls and my builder said when measuring corner to corner there was a difference of over 4 inches. Be careful of this contractor. He doesnt follow his mission statement.

They did say they would pay the second contractor to fix but they give me the run around on them paying that.​
