The workmanship was exceptional, and the job was completed ahead of schedule. Goodwin was flexible, knowledgeable and so very easy to work with. Also, they used the best subcontractors and suppliers. I am not the easiest customer either. I am not a fast decision maker and during construction I changed the color of the deck, added painting, lighting, and even some extra flooring. Goodwin was accommodating and charged very reasonable pricing for my changes. Goodwin just does things the right way. One last thing - they stand behind their work!
