Shuttle 1: The driver displayed an unprofessional attitude upon arrival and initially, refused to pull up to the designated pickup location, instead insisting that our attendees walk across a busy street to board. After much persuasion, we were able to get her to park in the designated staging area that we had blocked off. Shuttle 2: The driver also failed to arrive on time and at the designated pickup location, requiring attendees to walk approximately two blocks to meet the vehicle. Shuttle 3: The shuttle arrived approximately 40 minutes late, causing our group to miss its scheduled departure for a time-sensitive tour. To keep our program on schedule, we had no choice but to arrange and pay for Uber transportation for approximately 30 attendees. We contracted and paid for professional transportation services for our client, and instead experienced operational issues with all three vehicles. Beyond the additional transportation costs we incurred, these service failures created unnecessary stress for our team, disrupted the attendee experience, and reflected poorly on our organization in front of our client.
