They're always pulling unsafe maneuvers, such as not pulling over to the curb when stopping, driving too fast and failing to use turn signals. If their company is all about safely transporting children, they fail at their main mission miserably. Do yourselves a favor and find a transportation company that isn't dangerous and disrespectful. The CTA should combine routes #120, #121, #122, and #123 into a single, efficient route that (miraculously) wastes fewer resources than the four individual, pointless routes. Also, hooray for the CTA: supervisors consistently tell tourists that all four go to Navy Pier at all times of the day. Fail.

She greeted me with such warmth and a bright smile. She put a smile on my face with her energy. When I requested the lift, she was so happy to assist me. Felicia was very professional and also asked if I required assistance with my seatbelt. The drive was very pleasant and she picked me up on time and got me to my destination in a timely manner. Her over all attitude and professional appearance were great. I truly enjoy the transportation ride. My experience with Felicia McDaniels was exceptional! The 3rd SCR Driver, Tami Wright, who picked me up to take me home from my second appointment was very helpful, professional, and had a great attitude. Tami arrived time, ask me if I required any assistance with my bag, and waited patiently for me. She asked if I required any assistance with my seatbelt and kept a radiant smile on her face. The drive home was comfortable and the conversation with her was pleasant. Her positive attitude and energy made me feel protected and cared for. She also suggested the best seats to sit in to avoid the impact of the bumpy streets in Chicago. This is my first experience with Beverly Express and I was highly disappointed. My driver seemed to…read morenot know where we were going or what was going on. When we got in the car she was struggling to reverse and it took several minutes for us to depart. The car was extremely hot and she informed us the air conditioning was broken. After this she also said the windows did not work. As I previously mentioned, it was dangerously hot. After the heat incident, she informed us the brakes were about to "go". This was alarming considering they were six of us in the car. Every time we approached a stop sign she put the car in neutral as she stated the brakes didn't work. I was trying to use a local service however I was extremely disappointed and I will not be using this service again.

He said he's not taking me anywhere, but changed his tune when the police rode by, so he took off at a high speed, swerving so much that I was sliding back & forth across the back seat, all the time screaming profanities at me. Due to the fact that the main entrance, was closed, I informed the driver, that my aunt would come out of the East side entrance. I understand that we had a lapse in communication and he went and waited at the emergency room. That was understandable. He's forgiven. However, when I tried to call back, he recognized my number and immediately hung up my aunt only after saying "my driver left. I'm not sending a cab back" and then hung up abruptly. Due to the confusion, there was no need to be rude as this business is providing a service to hospital patrons. It's a hospital--it's fairly big and it's not always the case where a person is provided where to go after hours, which we were not. When I decided to call the guy back myself, he repeated the same thing and when I said that there was no need to be rude, and I would like to speak to his supervisor, he hung up the phone again. I will never use this cab service again, and I highly advise anyone else from using them as well. Totally unprofessional!
