Their conductors are rude, the UPW line…read morenotoriously kicks off special needs adults when they are stimming, they don't acknowledge their quiet car times (they say it's ok to have a quiet conversation on them, but when everyone is having a quiet conversation collectively, it is no longer a quiet car), I have a medical disability and have been harassed by their conductors for it. Any time you complain to customer service they give you copy paste answers from the FAQ section of their website and they also are ready to tell the customer they are wrong. You ask for management or for someone to contact you back they don't do it. And if you bring that up they claim someone contacted you...but no one ever did. The only time I've ever been contacted is by a private number. So if they did try contacting me, they left no call back info, cause what professional business calls from private numbers? The turnstile takes NFC payments making it a breeze to pay. I did hear on the loudspeaker a staff requesting a passenger to pay and that they were on video?!? The ride into Chicago downtown was surprisingly jerky. Signage at the platform indicating the next train was misleading as it changed at the last minute. Standing for the duration of the ride was challenging due to the jerky braking and the jerky acceleration...maybe it's cultural?

I parked my car at Kedzie for 3 days overnight while I stayed near The Loop as a tourist. It's only…read more$2 for 12 hrs. So the rate is great! The downside is you have to use the ParkMobile app to renew your parking and the app is awful. The major issue is you can only renew your parking until midnight, or immediately after midnight. So if you're parking overnight, you must be awake at 12:01am to renew your parking for another 12 hours. Needless to say, 3 days in a row, that is unsatisfactory. Unfortunately the app does not let you know that in advance; you simply find out at 11pm when you want to go to sleep and realize you can only renew parking for 59 minutes unless you try again after midnight. My car was safe for the three days it was at Kedzie. But the surrounding are is a neighborhood to avoid at night, with all due respect. Note: the lot is on the north side of the CTA station. It is not marked with a sign at the entrance. It is hard to find by driving. But if you circle the perimeter of the station to the north you'll see it.

AJ Wright just closed all their stores so it's gone. Overall, five stars all around. Great station on one of the CTA's safest L lines.

According to the train schedule, waits for trains are usually 7-8 minutes for most of the day. Chinatown is a neighborhood that is split into two parts, as one part contains Chinatown Square, while the other part contains the main Chinatown neighborhood. The station is located in an eastern location between these two areas that is equidistant to both. The elevated train platform also has a nice view of the Chinatown area including the neighborhood library and the Chinatown gate. On the street, the station entrance is close to the Nine Dragon Wall, which is a nice piece of Chinese art. I recommend this station if you are trying to get to Chinatown as trains are frequent and because it operates at all times of the day. There is no need to take a car if you are a tourist unless you are buying some heavy relic or coming from out of town.

These people are terrible. They run their business out of the neighborhood I live in and one of…read morethem just cursed me out, in front of my child, because they attempted to sideswipe me in the middle of a snowstorm. They're always pulling unsafe maneuvers, such as not pulling over to the curb when stopping, driving too fast and failing to use turn signals. If their company is all about safely transporting children, they fail at their main mission miserably. Do yourselves a favor and find a transportation company that isn't dangerous and disrespectful. They're a scourge in the Chatham community. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
