She also charges you tax so it was more like $180 and then with tip, it came out to just under $215. I feel if you're paying over $200 for an hour massage, it should be exceptional. Unfortunately, it was not. To start off, Kritti setup is not great. The massage clothes were a little restrictive and uncomfortable. The room was pretty cold and no blanket or sheet were given. She used lotion (and very little of it), not oil, and so it sometimes felt too rough on my skin. The floor mat was ok but the pillow (under my chest) and the headrest weren't of complimentary heights, so that was also uncomfortable. As far as technique, Kritti is good with the traditional stretches and she did some detailed work on my shoulders. However, she didn't go very deep to really work out my knots. Also, her manner is very clinical and somewhat cold, and so it didn't leave me with that warm glow afterwards of feeling truly relaxed and cared for, which is usually what I get with Thai massages. I've received regular Thai massages for a while now, mainly in the SF Bay Area and they are usually transformative experiences. I was very disappointed that this one was subpar, especially considering the high cost.

Apparently because I booked 90 minute sessions in the past on my card, those apparently only counted as 60 minutes for the purposes of the card. The attitude of the lady at the front desk made me feel belittled and ruined the experience. Worse yet, after I left and checked the time, I realized I only got 60 minutes. Basically I paid for a 90 minute massage and received a 60 minute massage when I should have paid for 30 minutes and received 90 minutes. I basically overcharged by $85 today...

They didn't ask what kind of massages we wanted and just started working on us. It seemed promising at first when they were warming up, they asked how the pressure was and continued with work. By the half it, the girls just seemed lazy. The rest of the experience they were whispering to each other and giggling. Honestly, It felt like I was just being rubbed down with lotion, my therapist just did light work and added in stretches to make it seem like she did something. We paid $130 per person for an hour rub down. They had us Zelle their manager. For tip, they had the audacity to ask for MORE. Are you kidding? We tipped (which is optional) on the level of service and they wanted more. The space is small and they just stood there making things awkward asking for more tip.
