So not rent from this company. They left us with out a shower our entire stay. The was no bath tub. It was deemed a minor maintenance issue, but didn't mention that until after. They kept saying maintenance was coming, but they weren't. We would have left, but thought someone was really coming to address the issue. So awful to go 5 days in a city where don't know anyone and not be able to bathe at all. We were basically called greedy liars afterward when we requested a refund. read more

The apartment itself is awesome, and it is located at the heart of seattle. However, the cleanness and maintenance of the apartment is a nightmare. Let me list few terrible things: 1. The did not change the bedsheet and comforter which had someone else's hair on it and smelt bad, and I spent 3 hours on cleaning. 2. Food pieces on Sofa 3. Dirty Cookwares, they left previous guest coffee in the coffee maker. they need to be scrubbed 4. Broken Garbage disposal and dining table. The apartment was good, and in a great location, though a little short on cookware. However, the logistics were severely lacking. First, the key to the apartment was not left at the desk or anywhere else, so I had to get after them about that. Also, I paid over $100 for a parking pass that I didn't receive until the day before I left. During that time I got two parking tickets totalling more than I'd paid for parking in the first place. Mack said they'd get the tickets cancelled, which didn't happen. We went back and forth on this for well over a month, and I tried my best to work with them, but finally I filed a dispute with PayPal and got my money back on the pass. I'm still out about $60, but it could have been worse. read more

The building is situated in the most perfect and centralized location in Belltown, where everything I need is simply a short walk or Uber away. The decoration of the unit is warm and inviting, it is obvious to me that Lilly and Mack put in serious efforts and detailed attention to ensure the comfort for their guests. The rooftop lounge has 360 degrees panoramic views of Seattle, I spend countless hours watching the glorious sunset while enjoying their complimentary gourmet coffee. For those in transit between cities, temporarily here in Settle or even if you're looking to move here permanently, I strongly recommend that Luxe Hubs be your first and only call. You won't need to talk to anyone else to arrange for your accommodation, simply because there is no better company or people more suitable to take care of your accommodation needs. I was affiliated with Luxe Hubs through Airbnb and it was a terrible experience. They confirmed our booking, then as they provided the how you get into the apartment, they told us we needed to stay in a different location. We then received another message it would be 2 nights in a different location. They assured us that it would be comparable to what we booked, which proved to be untrue. Thankfully Airbnb refunded the full amount we paid, as the host tried to offer two other locations that were not what we booked. It was so much time, work and stress that we didn't need on vacation. CONCLUSION: I booked a room through booking.com. My search criteria indicated 3 adults. In my search, I saw that room was recommended for 3 people, with a max of 4 people. Upon arrival, we found one bed and one sofa. Closer inspection revealed it was NOT a sofa bed. I realized at 10pm there was no blanket for the third person who would be sleeping on the sofa. Their web page indicates 24/7 service. However, they stated in a text to me that they were NOT 24/7 and that I would have to "make do". *** My two daughters and I decided to do a Seattle staycation. I spent a long time online trying to find the "just right" place for the THREE of us to stay one night. I found it on Booking.com., I chose Belltown Corporate Housing by Luxe Hubs, managed by Owens Properties. My confirmation email said that the rental was for the one night, for three people. It also read, "Number of guests: max. 4 people. I sent an email asking about parking. The response was there was no parking currently available. At the end of that email was the reservation confirmation indicating my reservation was for a total guest count of 3. We checked in on 12/12/2018. A really good set of instructions had been emailed to me. I entered the keycode so we could enter the secure building. Very nice. Alternatively, in addition to that code, the instructions said we could enter a different number and they would buzz us in. This indicated to me that property management was on site. We got to our room on the 23rd floor. We were impressed by the view of downtown Seattle, as well as the Space Needle in Seattle Center. We went up to the rooftop to see more of the view. We were quite impressed. We went back to our apartment to get ready to go have some fun. We had already noted there was only one bed and that the sofa wasn't a pull out. OK. Not as I had been expecting, but I knew we'd be ok. The girls would have the bedroom and I'd sleep on the sofa. Not a big deal. We returned about 9:30pm. Just before 10pm, I went into the bedroom, to the closet, only to find no blankets or pillows. And only one blanket on the bed. I emailed property management to let them know I needed these things. They didn't respond until 11:15pm. Their response was: The couch is actually not a pull out sofa. I'm sorry we did not notice you were 3 people and we normally just rent for 2 people only. Unfortunately, there's no one in the area now to deliver an extra blanket. My response was: Fortunately for us, there are plenty of towels and sheets. I made myself a blanket. A sheet folded in half with the blankets in between. Not my happiest hour. In the morning, I received this text: Good morning--I'm sorry I hope you were able to make do. :( Had we known earlier we could have delivered but we don't have 24/7 service :( Have a great day! I responded: But you did know from my reservation. It just never dawned on me that when you reserve for three, that there wouldn't be a bed and blanket for three. I received no response to that last text. Today, I have emailed them a few things screenshots straight from booking.com, confirmation emails from booking.com, and their Owens Properties web page. These included: 1) the confirmation from Booking.com indicating my reservation was for 3, 2) a screenshot of their web page saying that they offer 24/7 service, 3) the confirmation email from booking.com that the max occupants for the room was 4, and 4) my confirmation email indicating the room was "Recommended for 3 adults". They responded: Again I am so sorry. I just saw on our listing page and it says we only have 1 bed and it can accommodate 2 people. We say there is no bed in the living area. Again, I know how tough it is to lose sleep. I'll call Booking right away to make sure there is no information I am missing. I wish you all the best! Finally, I received this response: Okay Jill. It does clearly say 1 bed, and fits 2, and no sofa bed is available. Please try to have a better day. Please TRY to have a better day? How condescending! Everything I presented to them was totally contradictory to that last and final message claiming 1 bedroom, fits 2! Ultimately, they accepted zero responsibility. This, after I provided them with totally substantiated proof that the information that I received in advance contradicted the room itself. I was thorough in indicating that my complaint is valid. My partner and I stayed at the Seattle apartment for a couple nights after visiting some friends nearby. The apartment was very stylish and comfy. The waterfront views were amazing, even in not-so-great weather. It was cold and rainy, so we ubered to the aquarium and Pike Place, but it would be walkable on a nicer day. Ah, their 1-br downtown apt was such a lovely place! I had actually booked another place but was upgraded to this lovely 1-bedroom apartment due to the other guest wanting to stay longer at my original booking. Lilly double-checked that it was okay with me to change my booking to this apt that was only 2 blocks away, and was a newer and fancier place. I was happy to accept! This location is a dream -- only a 1-minute walk from the famous Pike Place Market. Tons of restaurants and shopping close by. A Starbucks just a couple of minutes walk away. About a five-minute walk to my conference at Motif. Overall, great location. For being in the heart of Pike Place, it was incredible how quiet the apt was! That's the great thing about newer apartments -- great attention to insulation & soundproofing. The apt itself was ultra modern and minimal. It was very clean and had plenty of extra towels, washcloths, and bedsheets. Shampoo and body wash was provided. In the kitchen, all basic amenities were provided -- pots, pans, tea, coffee, storage containers and more. For being a 1-bed, it felt luxurious and roomy thanks to the high ceilings and modern furnishings. The storage areas are excellent. Plenty of hangers are provided for your clothing. There is also a washer and dryer with Free&Clear detergent provided. Very thoughtful! The apartment is on a same floor as a gym -- a big plus. We loved staying at this high-rise near Pike Place Market. The unit was modern and spacious and offered fantastic views. Best of all, the management team was great. When we emailed them from the airport at 8 am to find out whether we could store our luggage somewhere until the 4 pm check-in, we received a prompt response letting us know that the space hadn't been occupied the previous night and we were welcome to move right in at no additional charge. At the end of our trip we asked for and received a late check-out for a very nominal fee. Every time we reached out to them they got right back with us. I booked a room for 3 nights. It initially seemed lovely. After several hours I realized someone made a pretty flower with the toilet paper, set the table, did these little touches yet didn't change the sheets, the floors left my feet filthy from walking around and all the furniture had dust balls and an occasional piece of garbage under them also a missing light bulb, no bath rug.. wait it was rolled up underneath the sink. Wow! The staff (Mack), well, initially I asked if they could take care of a few things before I knew the extent of the issues. I was in town for work and was too busy to think about moving. Once I found the bed and floors to be filthy the conversation turned into it being my fault for booking the night before, for not noticing the filth sooner and not taking them up on moving rooms when I mentioned some small things initially. Oh wait, it was also my fault because I asked for an early bag drop off at 12:30pm. Worst customer service ever! They came the following day to make the bed and touch up some things but they couldn't clean the floors, nor add a light bulb nor get me a bathmat. Wait, I did find one in the dryer. Not worth it! I kept in contact with Diane and Mack when trying to book a room in Seattle. there were so many problems with trying to book thru the website itself. We paid for a room that said was available and booked our flight right after. Then we get a message from Mack saying that the room wasn't available. therefore he offered us another room...so we ended up paying Mack thru PayPal. Risky yes. But he seemed trustworthy. Basically everything that we talked about and agreed upon were thru text. They don't answer calls. I thought problems were solved after that.... But no... Once we arrived in Seattle.. I get a text from Diane.. Saying that weren't supposed to arrive Till the next day.... Trying to stay calm...I explained her all of our travel info was thru Mack. So I texted her a pic of my conversation with Mack to prove that we had a legit conversation and then she offered us another room for one night. she then said sorry for inconvenience and said that we would get 150.00 for not having the right room for us... So I agreed. We got to the room.....Diane handed us the keys and again about how we wanted to get our refund and that we would get moved to the correct room the next day. So we looked around..The fridge was filthy and the towels that were put out smelled like wet dirty rags that were left out to dry but I decided not to say anything and not let it ruin our trip. Next day.. We had to pack our stuff again.. Move to the next room which was better and what we asked for. And that's why I give them 2 stars.... However.. It's been almost 2 weeks and they still have not answered my texts about the refund they promised. I've been texting them every other day and still no response. It's funny how they were so quick to answer my texts before the trip but now.. No response what so ever! So unprofessional. And talk about trustworthy? no. So far I have to agree with the other two-star reviewer. I have spent a week attempting to book an apt with Diane and Lily (not sure who Mack is). The rates I've been quoted don't match what's on their website or on AirBnB. They made an offer to rent me one space on AirBnB that was supposed to be good for 24 hours but when I tried to book it they told me it had already been rented. Have now spent several days going back and forth with them trying to find another unit and while all their messages have been cheerful they don't contain enough information and I STILL DON'T HAVE ANYWHERE TO STAY. Don't even bother with the phone number on their website as they apparently don't take calls. I've lost out on a couple other places I could have stayed in the interim. Very frustrated. I think I will try to book with someone else, I would not recommend this business. read more

I booked this space as a birthday gift for my brother who came to Seattle for a visit for Labor Day. Lilly and Mackenzie were extremely patient as my brother kept altering the travel dates..,,communication was flawless, fast and helpful. Once the unit was finally booked and we received the exact address of the building I was thrilled to learn this AirBnB unit was in the same building that I reside in as a tenant! Check-In was easy as I already had access to the building as a tenant and knew where the unit my brother would be in was located, so I escorted them to their unit when they arrived. The floor plan of the unit is phenomenal and a great space for one or two people, new, trendy and comfortable with a cool balcony. The building is in Capitol Hill, in the heart of the Hill steps away from TONS of restaurants, live music venues, shopping, coffee houses, Starbucks fancy Roastery, a park down the street and a grocery store around the corner. (Neighborhood has a 99 Walkscore) Also you are a 15 minute walk to downtown Seattle, and a 30 minute walk to Pikes Place Market (and South Lake Union AKA Amazonland) a quick Uber ride to the Space Needle and other Seattle neighborhoods with plenty of attractions to do and see. I'd strongly advise against renting a car as parking is limited and expensive. There is a Zipcar (carshare) right on the corner with vehicles you can rent for the day if you want to get outside of the city. The amenities of the unit are fantastic as are those of the building, gym, media room, board game room, three grills total and LOTS of cool spaces to hang out. The rooftop deck of the building is spacious and flawless.. plenty of comfortable seating with phenomenal views of the city including a cool view of the Space Needle and two grills. You can't go wrong staying in this unit. Phenomenal secured building, awesome location, great hosts, very updated unit, in trendy Capitol Hill easy check-in and easy check-out. read more

I booked a one bedroom unit in the Capitol Hill neighborhood through Expedia, which turned out to be Unit 403 West in the Infinity Capitol Hill building (1414 10th Ave.) The furnishings were cheap. The queen bed was lumpy, springy, unsupportive, and uncomfortable. The pillows were thin and uncomfortable, The linens were okay, but certainly not high quality. No extra pillows or blankets. The bathroom was not sufficiently stocked with toilet paper, and three out of four dim vanity lights did not work, making the bathroom quite dark. The provided toiletries were very basic. I think Softsoap handsoap was provided on the bathroom sink, similar quality shampoo and conditioner in the shower. No body soap provided. There was one TV in the unit, in the living room, and it was surprisingly small, and a broken TV in a closet. Bedroom shades were unable to block light from a street lamp directly outside the bedroom window. "Blackout" shading or curtains are needed. Bedroom was not soundproofed, and on Friday night there was a street drummer who played until 2 a.m., as well as typical street sounds on a street with busy nightlife. The host (a business) has no direct on-site support and was either not responsive or when finally responsive, engaged me in a series of rambling, nonsensical text exchanges regarding stowing my luggage on checkout, which was unnecessarily complicated and a pain, not to mention defensive, accusatory, and evasive of taking any responsibility whatsoever to be a good host. I could not get anyone to actually speak with me on the phone despite multiple requests. It was extremely bizarre. This rental seems like a good deal, until you experience it. It's worth paying a little more elsewhere. read more

This is a long review, but I assure you I'm only skimming the surface of how bad this experience was. I was extremely disappointed. As a busy author on the circuit, I have stayed in many similar rentals & have never been so poorly treated or so repulsed by the accommodations. I rarely complain about anything -- I'm pretty easy-going -- and have never written a negative review. There are so many things that were wrong about this place. Here are just a few: The apartment was poorly appointed (a half a box of tissues, 2 mismatched wine glasses, stained coffee cups, not so much as a salt shaker, no laundry detergent) and there was a terrible smell of body odor permeating the bedding and living room furniture, the upstairs bathroom rug was full of hair, as was the hair dryer, the downstairs bathroom had neither waste basket nor a single towel for hand washing. I was being dropped off in Seattle around 1pm the first day and paid an early drop-off fee so that I didn't have to lug around all my things for 3 hours until check in. I carefully placed $100 in organic foods in the refrigerator so that I could maintain a healthy diet while traveling & when I returned at 4pm it was gone -- it had all been thrown out by housekeeping. That evening, after my 1st event, I purchased more supplies, including coffee & half&half, and the next day was told I had a delivery from management. I was about to be picked up and taken to my next event, but the managers informed me "my package" was arriving right then. 15 minutes later, when I checked again (while my ride waited) I was told it was in front of my door. It wasn't. Turns out they had delivered it to another unit and when they didn't receive a response they took it to the apartment building's office. My driver kindly retrieved it with me. It was coffee & half&half (which as I said I had already bought the night before so I'd have it that morning), plus tissues, extra toilet paper (1 of the few things that was not already lacking) and a box of tea. Apparently they thought this would placate me. It did not. The most vexing part of all, however, was that I had inadvertently double-booked myself for the 4th night and when I realized my mistake, nearly 2 weeks before my arrival, I tried to cancel, knowing that 48 hours is standard for cancellation. Because the person who booked for me was required to pay in full, the property had already received payment and refused to refund that night. I tried and tried to communicate with them (which was difficult, as the 1st week of my book tour was in a remote area of the state with no cell phone access and THE ONLY WAY the property permits communication is through text) and they consistently blew me off. When I finally received a reply they flatly denied my request. This was the most aggravating experience I have ever had with accommodations and I couldn't warn you more pointedly: DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. I am now settled in a different location where everything is absolutely lovely: beautiful & abundant linens, sweet notes from the owners, a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for me, lovely furnishings. It's such a pleasure to be treated with humanity & grace. What a difference! read more

I tried to book a stay through homeaway and got confirmation that I had made a reservation request, but no confirmation. 6 months later as I'm preparing my taxes I find a $1,650 charge from OWENS PROEPRTY GROUP - LUXEHUBS, a company I have never heard of. A quick online search led me to their website and based on the dates of the charges, I figured it must have been my attempt to book a place for my trip to Seattle last year. I went and searched my email for luxehubs and found 2 emails in my spam box. One was a reservation request, and one was a reservation confirmation. Both emails did not contain payment confirmation, but had a section titled "pricing details" that said my quote for $1,650.00 was valid until July 23, 2017. It was bookended with "BOOK ONLINE" Buttons, which, if I had actually seen these emails, would have seemed like I still needed to book online since all I had was a quote. I did not receive any other form of communication from them. No welcome email, no entry details or arrival/departure instructions, no email/text/call to confirm. If it were not for the charge on my credit card, I would not know luxehubs even existed. I have requested a refund and was told that I had a confirmed reservation and that they marked me as a no show. That's it. no sympathy or attempt to reconcile with a customer. From the looks of it, I'm not the only one who has had issue with the deceptive booking practices they use. I'm happy to change my rating when I get a full refund but up to this point, luxehubs has been pretty sorry on customer service. read more

The room was very clean, the furniture modern, all the kitchen supplies were available, and location could not have been better; they went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The best in Seattle! I'm a traveling Cardiac Specialist so I have stayed in my fair share of rentals. Lilly, Mack and the rest of the team went out of their way to make me feel at home, I stayed in other rentals throughout Seattle and nothing compared to my stay with Luxe hubs. Mack originally met me so I could see the apartment first and answer any and all of my questions. He was extremely nice and welcoming so I rented on the spot. I stayed in the Coppins Well building in First Hill. Amazing building with awesome amenities! My apartment was very nice, clean and stocked with everything I needed for my two month stay. They even brought me extra sheets one night! They truly went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. They even allowed me to move to a higher floor a couple weeks into my stay so I could have a better view. If you're looking for a trustworthy landlord to rent from these are your people! I would definitely recommend them to my friends/family and plan on staying with them again if I come back to Seattle! read more
