The people I've dealt with have always been courteous and nice, which I appreciate. However, my overall experience has been frustrating due to the length of time my vehicle has spent in the shop, communication issues, and problems with the repairs. My first repair took approximately 4 1/2 months to complete. During a later repair, my vehicle was returned with an unfinished component underneath the front of the car, causing my tire to rub against it for nearly a year. Most recently, my vehicle was in the shop for about five weeks. Communication was also a challenge. I frequently had to contact the shop myself for updates, and I was often told the vehicle would be ready in a few days or the following week, only for the completion date to be pushed back repeatedly. I understand that delays can happen, but after three separate experiences, I expected more proactive communication, better quality control, and more reasonable turnaround times. I returned because of the shop's positive reviews and Range Rover certification, but after three separate repair experiences, I no longer feel confident that the repair timelines and quality control justify the inconvenience.
