Luxe Collision is the only shop I trust with body work. I've brought my Lexus in on several occasions and they always deliver seamless repairs, not to mention the amazing customer service. Highly recommended Norberto and the entire team! read more

Luxe has done body work on both my Ferrari and my Mini Cooper convertible. In both cases the work was done flawlessly, on time, and on the estimate. That's a home run, in my view! read more

I cannot say enough about this shop and the people who own and operate it! I scraped the side of my brand new Lexus 450H Hybrid and wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible. Lexus recommended Luxe Collision after I got a $4,000 estimate from another body shop. Norberto showed me how we could do the repair for $1,100 (the next day!) and it looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot! It's unfortunate I had to scrape my car to find this business and meet the wonderful family that runs it but I am happy to know they are there! read more

No one wants to get in a car accident, but with the team at Luxe Collision, it is one less stress that you can get out of the way. The owner is involved in the day to day and even gives the estimates himself at times. You are treated with kindness, honesty and great service. They even drive you to the rental car place if needed. Looking for an honest auto body shop that is locally owned and operated? Stop searching and use Luxe. read more

A+ service! Luxe was able to replace my bumper and headlights after a significant collision. The work is just as solid as when Lexus assembled the vehicle in the factory! Working with my insurance was a breeze! I want to extend a big thank you to Jimena for the referral, Pablo for setting up the repair, and Lorenzo for overseeing a wonderful crew! Hopefully I won't need more repairs, but in the event I do I know I can count on Luxe Collision! Look no further for your auto body repair needs! read more

This shop did a great job repairing damage to the front of my truck. Everything was handled very professionally, they did most of the work contacting the claims adjuster, and they kept me up to date with everything. The results are perfect, the repair is really well done. And they cleaned my truck for me, a nice touch. The overall process took a little less than two weeks, and I couldn't be happier. read more

I would have never thought there would be a body shop in San Anselmo until one of my friends brought me to this hidden gem of a location. It is in the heart of Downtown San Anselmo in between a gas station and service station and right across from the old Safeway. They did some work on an agate gray Porsche Cayman of mine and it turned out incredible. I just dropped it off with Norberto and it was taken care of within a week. Not only do they service high end luxury cars, they did some work on our friend's Subaru too. Reasonable prices, friendly service, great reassurance, a master at their craft. I would highly recommend anyone with or without an exotic vehicle that needs some sort of touch-up , refinish or body work done to stop by Norberto's family owned business first before going anywhere else! read more

Dear Neighbors, This is the story of these two outlaws' getaway car. Outlaw in the front, (my Goddaughter) Outlaw in Back her big brother. The getaway car... Years ago, I bought the car in a garage sale. About two months ago, I took it to a car Body Shop near the Redhill shopping center LUXE COLLISION and asked the owner ( Norberto) if he could paint it for $100 That was all I could afford, and to be honest, I could not even afford that but I wanted to give it to my Goddaughter for easter. In hindsight, he probably thought, sure if this was 1982 I could, but instead, he said "leave it with me and I'll see what I can do but I can't promise any miracles" and yet... that was exactly what he delivered. I thought I share a happy ending story. Happy Sunday Everyone! read more

Went to visit the shop after someone backed up into my car which resulted in damage to the front grill area. Also came here because it's a Lexus Authorized Collision Center and because I heard about the great work performed. The process on getting the damage fixed was clear and straight forward. I dropped my vehicle and picked it up a week later and was greeted with a finished product; the front grill and any associated parts were put well in place (looks stock). Luxe also made sure the sensors weren't impacted which was reassuring. read more

I was refrred to Luxe by my longtime mechanic, Jann at All Autos. I discovered a localized water leak in my Toyota Rav4 and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Diego and the owner were so incredibly helpful! They figured out the leak was coming from the sunroof that was clogged with dirt and leaves. They cleaned out the tubes--and fingers crossed- it's fixed! I am well aware this could have been an incredibly expensive "troubleshooting" fix--so I can't thank them enough! I will always refer to them for anyone who needs body work--it is truly a local San Anselmo gem. read more

Almost three years ago, I had moved to Marin from SF and needed some minor work done on my 2008 Honda Fit's bumpers and pulled into Luxe. Lorenzo immediately put me at ease, even though the bill came out way more than I expected. Problem was that they had to order specialized parts for my "Old Sport" and the driver's side of the front bumper was missing a screw and had become dettached. Luxe did a really beautiful job of making the car look pretty near to new again. But, within a couple of weeks, the front dislodged itself again. At a routine service check, Honda of Marin installed another new screw in the same spot. But, last month the scraping sound that had accompanied the loosening of the front came back on and daily became louder. Now, I had a real fear of going back to the auto body shop which also intensified with time. How could I make them understand and believe that my car was still not fixed? Now, I am a strong woman, having become a widow at 56 when my husband of 35 years passed away suddenly while we were on a Fourth of July vacation with our two youngest children. So, I've faced a lot of fears! But, as a disabled widow, I'm used to not being listened to or even glanced at and was really intimidated. But, it turned out that I needn't be as Diego at Luxe patiently listened to my pity party and correctly discovered a radiator cover hanging loose under my car. After a new cover was installed and the bolt issue was fixed and they even washed it ,Old Sport was back on the road again. Now, I can finally relax and enjoy my new home. read more

My car slipped off a narrow driveway pinning the driver's door against a tree stump. This kept the car from rolling over with me in it. After two tow attempts the car went to Luxe. They have done work on my Lexus before and I had been pleased with the result. Noberto the owner is a real gentleman. He was very kind to my wife while she waited for the AAA to come to where the car was in the hills above Fairfax. She was concerned after seeing the picture I texted. Once the car got to Luxe, Noberto and his crew appraised the damage, arranged a loaner and contacted my insurance company. Repairs started on Monday and the car was ready on Friday. The job is perfect. No evidence of the severe buckle on the door or frame. Car drives perfect. This is a great family run business. Trust them to do a professional job on your vehicle. read more

After searching Marin County and one shop in Sonoma County for total car painting services, I was most fortunate to find Lux Collision in San Anselmo. Lux Collison was one of four different auto body shops that I was considering for the work. Norberto Salas, the owner, took a special labor-of-love interest in my 2001 Jaguar S-type and gave me several proposals on how to best proceed with repainting the vehicle. The car's clear coat finish was sun burnt on the hood and roof and was beginning to show signs of faded paint in other previously repaired areas. There were other relatively minor collision related issues that needed fixing. I was looking for a 1st class, high quality paint job without shortcuts and Norberto walked me through the entire process and gave me a tour of his painting facility which included the latest modern technology available for body work repair and repainting. Instead of calling Uber to take me to a rental car company in Mill Valley, Norberto drove me there in his personal vehicle and we each had a chance to discuss our past backgrounds, particular Norberto's. He has a long history of auto body repair work which started with his upbringing in Mexico. After moving to the United States, Norberto's auto body repair skills improved to the extent that he owned 3 reputable Bay Area body shops (San Anselmo, Fremont and San Rafael). Norberto, being very quality focused, found himself spending too much time windshield time traveling between the three shops to insure that his quality standards were being maintained. He decided to sell the Fremont and San Rafael shops and focused his energy and finances on making Lux Collision his pride and joy. One only needs to visit his shop to see first-hand the quality and capabilities of the facility, not to mention, a full house of customers' vehicles in for collision repair. The total time in shop turned out to be about 5 to 6 weeks but boy was it worth it. Norberto invited me over for several viewings of the progress and after the first viewing, there was little doubt that I had found the right shop for the quality of painting that I expected. All the glass was removed, including exterior trim and chrome. The interior door panels were removed as was the headliner which required replacement due to age. Some interior pieces that required replacement were hard to find given the vintage of my car but Norberto and his team were able to overcome these issues and found the parts to complete the interior work. The color match was perfect with the original paint and the clear coat that was applied was an extraordinarily high quality material. By the time the car was ready to be picked, it looked better than new which I never imagined could be possible. The reassembly of parts was carefully done to the extent that you couldn't tell they had ever been removed. There were a few minor interior reassembly issues that were promptly fixed to the extent that there was nothing short of 100% customer satisfaction. Lux Collision gives you a lifetime warranty to the paint job for as long as you own the vehicle. What more could you ask for! Bottom line is if you care about your car getting the absolute finest attention with the highest quality of care, go visit Lux Collision in San Anselmo and talk to Norberto! read more

This place is amazing. I brought my FJ Cruiser to them to get a few panels repainted. I was helped by Norberto who was able to offer a few different options depending on the budget. He gave me an estimate the same day and was able to begin working on my vehicle later that same week. Norberto provided me with updates every several days and the car turned out perfect. I couldn't be more pleased by the work of him and his team. read more

Who knew that collision repair could be such a pleasant experience. Our new car was damaged by a valet driver in Los Angelos and so when we got home, we dropped it by Luxe Collision for repair. It was our first time working with Luxe. Noberto and his group are amazing. They're about the nicest people one can imagine working with. They did a great job replacing the sunroof and repairing pretty serious damage. When we picked up the car, it made a squeaky old-car sort of groan. After a bit of sleuthing, Norberto walked me through why the car was making the noise (a welding issue by the manufacturer), and sent us an email with photos and an explanation we can now send on to the manufacture to have them repair as part of our warranty. Long and long of it... I highly recommend Luxe. read more

Took my Lexus in after a front-end collision. The folks at Luxe Collision were incredibly efficient!!! I took my car in and got an estimate the same day, they got my insurance (GEICO) to approve it within one day, and the repair took only 4 days. They also had to request additional parts and got that approved by my insurance within one day as well (thank you to my GEICO agent!). Overall the experience was very smooth and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable team than Luxe Collision. read more

I'm am so very grateful to Luxe Collision for their exceptional service and professionalism. I've used their service twice. Their work ethic is extraordinary. Lily was extremely helpful while Norberto and his team repaired my car to perfection. Recently, I was involved in my first collision..my car was t-boned. Lily, as usual, was caring and available to guide me through this challenging, stressful time. Lily, Norberto, I can't thank you enough! read more

This review is regarding their amazing customer service. Unfortunately, my car was declared a total loss and was unable to be repaired. However, Jimena and her team were extremely understanding and helpful with the entire process. I do not live in the area and have an irregular work schedule but she was very accommodating and communicated via text message, which is my preferred method. Her responses were kind, prompt, and detailed. When my insurance company had a misunderstanding and was unable to tow my car to Luxe Collision, Jimena offered their towing services instead. I highly recommend Luxe Collision for their excellent customer service and compassion provided to me by Jimena and her team. read more

I was not sure what to expect with Luxe Collision - -but they came highly recommended by those who regularly service my 2004 Honda Accord. My car was in a hit and run - and I sought to have repair work done. They gave me a very reasonable evaluation, and kept in touch with me to get the work done. I was extremely pleased with the quality and value of their work. My vehicle looks great and the job was completed before the estimated schedule. I highly recommend Luxe. I hope that I never have to use a collision repair service again but if I do - I would seek their services again. They were also very polite, efficient, and answered all my questions. read more

There are body shops...and there are body shops. Over the years I've had work done from minor fender benders to more serious work, and up through restoration projects. Recently, our family managed a grand slam: my car, my wife's, and our son's all were damaged within a week! We all really care about our rides, and based on work Luxe Collision had done for us a few years ago, we put all three in their hands. Was the work outstanding? In all three cases - absolutely! My car has one of the Pearl finishes which requires three painting stages: base, color and clear topcoat. No problem...the match to adjacent panels was spot on. Metal work was impeccable. And the work was done exactly when promised. This is a serious shop with high standards of workmanship. Very, very highly recommended! read more

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Lily and Norberto Salas of Luxe collision after an accident with my 2016 Lexus NX 200t hit a ladder on the freeway during a torrential rain storm. Lily gave me an immediate estimation within hours at Lexus of Marin and Norberto started the work the next day. The workmanship, professionalism, attention to detail and passion is very evident with both of them. Norberto managed the technicians and returned my car to me completely detailed as if it just rolled off the showroom floor. My car was rear ended when stopped at at stoplight by someone going about 35 mph. Needless to say, there was damage. Norberto and his employees safely respected social distancing and sanitation as per protocols during the intake of the vehicle and thereafter. They have been wonderful; the car was repaired perfectly,! Norberto worked with the insurance company so that I didn't need to and could relax knowing he had my best interest in mind. A year after buying a beautiful new car, someone side-swiped me causing the entire driver's side to be dented and scraped. I was devastated and didn't know where to turn. I asked my local car dealer what body repair place was the best in Marin. The service department said, "Oh, that's easy: Luxe - they're great! We send everyone there." Before doing so, I spent the evening reading dozens of reviews of other places online. Finally I decided to just go where most of the other Lexuses and Volvos were being repaired. Norberto and Luz were so reassuring, warm, and helpful. Norberto promised my car would look as good as new, The process was so simple (once I got my insurance estimate) that my mind was completely at ease. Not only were the repairs done exactly when promised, the car did indeed look as good as new. It was all detailed and gorgeous. PS: Don't be put off by the quirky location at a busy intersection in San Anselmo. If I could manage, so can you! read more

Lily and her husband were very friendly and helpful during the repair intake process. However, it took them over FOUR WEEKS to repair our vehicle after they stated it would originally take 10-12 day. We also took advantage of their loaner car program during this extended time frame. We returned the car with a few minor scratches and they charged $800 to repair THEIR OWN CAR. I feel extremely ripped off and will never use Luxe Collision again or recommend them. BEWARE!!! read more

Luxe Collision - Damage that they claimed would cost $800 to repair. Total rip off!! BEWARE!!! - Body Shops Near Me - San Anselmo, California

LUXE COLLISION SAVES THE DAY. A dealership sold me a car with baked in waterspots. Then when they took it back to try and fix it, they backed into something or rear ended my brand new car and tried to give it back to me with swirl marks and a crazy dent. I had taken it for a few estimates, but Lorenzo at Luxe laid out a plan in detail, and made total sense. The part took longer to get than anticipated, COVID strikes again, but I got my car back and it was BEAUTIFUL. They polished out the whole car, made the black shine. Straightened the dent, and above all dealt with the dealership for me. Top Class business that i can't recommend enough. They shoot straight, tell you all up front so that there is no surprise even if it sounds a bit more expensive, there was no hidden nonsense. They said what they were going to do and did what they said, and with a car shop that's amazing. read more

Norberto is such a great person. His team has worked on my previous Lexus 400h 3 times before it's final demise from a large Fedex truck on 9/25. The body work done on all 3 occasions was excellent. When looking for a replacement I ordered a 2017 Lexus NX 200t F Sport - which came from Vroom in Texas. The car was originally from FL. My husband noted it looked like it had some body work done to it, so I took it to Norberto for an evaluation. He measure the paint across the entire body, and followed up with an email to Vroom. The car needed $10k in bodywork, and he advised me to return the car. He found bodywork even under the hood! I sent the car back and have found a 2008 400h I just love - and Norberto loved it too! read more

Top notch work. This is the second time I have been in and the work was beautiful again. Lexus uses them for a reason. I needed to trade that car so I could get a different one that could get up my steep driveway instead of continuing to park on the street where I kept getting smashed into, and they recommended me to a wonderful no pressure rep at Lexus. Had a new car by Saturday. Let's hope I don't have to bring it back to Luxe now that's its tucked safely in my driveway!! read more

I contacted Luxe after a collision and they got back to me immediately to arrange an appointment. Once I filed the initial claim with my insurance company, Luxe completely took over, working closely with my insurance company and making sure all of the estimates were submitted and approved. I never had to contact my insurance company again. They ordered parts, repaired the car, took it to BMW to get it recalibrated and detailed it in just over a week! They kept us informed along the way and completely took the sting out of having an accident. Their prices are competitive if not slightly lower. I never write reviews but this company deserves five stars. read more
