I was the customer of Lux Klean for over 1 year. Last time I got a service from them is before I moved to a different state. Two months after I move, they send me a invoice through email and charged me 60 dollars for a service which I never got. I tried to call them but always went straight to voice message. It looks like that they blocked my phone number and didn't want to tell me why I got a service fee from them. I ended up have to get a new credit card because I don't even know if they are going to charge me again or not. No customers deserved to be treated like that. read more

If I could give zero stars i would have. This company and I corresponded over yelp. They gave me a quote, I provided my location and even confirmed the appointment the day before. It was my first appointment with them so I waited to meet them. Problem is they never showed. And they never contacted me to explain why. I sent them an email asking where they were. I highly recommend this company! They responded within a day of my call and were able to come out and clean within the following day. This is a confusing misleading ad for services. This guy simply is a referral service and not the provider. I was impressed at the response time on Yelp and the ability to be at my home the next day. Like the other 1 star reviews no one showed and he doesn't call back when you call. I'm sure the next review will be a 5 Star as it appears he simply puts a fake review to counter the negative which gets the Company to stay up high when you search. read more

Whatever happens, do not hire Javier and his crew. We trusted him and our previous review was good because initially, he did a good job. If they clean your home they will do such a fine Job that they will also clean your precious jewelry. If Javier comes up with a sob story that he has no money to pay his staff BEWARE its a hox. We lend him money in thousands but never got it back. His check bounced. Hope the cops get him soon. Complain is made against him. read more

Earlier today, Javier and two of his team members did a thorough move out cleaning of my townhouse. They actually were not my first pick, but the cleaning service I was hoping to hire dropped out at the last minute because of a family emergency. After that happened, I called Lux Klean because they had responded to my Yelp request for quotes and they offered to come to my place to give a free estimate. Out of three estimates I got, Theirs was the most reasonable and I was able to schedule for the clean the next day. The team of three did a complete cleaning of my entire place including three bathrooms, my refrigerator, washer & dryer, stove and oven, and microwave. All were spotless. I'm passing on their business card to my relatives who are still here as well as the next residents of my townhouse. read more

Are you guys coming today? Javier: Yesterday I sent you a message that today I forgot I had all my employees appointment to take out a security card called osha today they arrive to clean their house at 12 o'clock only today Me: Sorry. Never got your message. I don't understand. Are they coming at 12 o'clock? Javier: Yes Me: Ok. I will not be here. There will be people working upstairs. Javier: Ok thanks Me: I forgot to leave you a check. Is there any other way I can pay you? Do you take Venmo? Javier: You can also pay by phone Me: By phone? Javier: Yes Me: How? Javier: You need to call me and I take the payment with a debit or credit card Me: Yeah, I don't feel comfortable doing that. How about PayPal? Javier: I'm sorry I do not work with paypal Me: Ok, can you tell me your mailing address? Or I can pay you the next time you come. Javier: the truth I see that you have distrust. It is better that you find a company. where can you trust thanks Me: No, no, I don't distrust you, I just don't give my bank card to anyone over the phone. Please do not be insulted. Me: Hi Javier, I hope you got my voicemail message. I meant no disrespect. I really like your business ethics and thought you did a great job. I have a number of neighbors I was going to recommend you to and do trust you. Me (four days later): Hi Javier, I thought I would write to you one last time to attempt to remedy this situation. In an attempt to see it from your perspective, I can understand if you felt slighted by me not leaving a check and then not trusting you and your company to give you a credit card over the phone. My projection is that this may have been just enough for you to want to end the business relationship as you may have quoted us too low to come all the way out here. At least, this is what I surmised after speaking with a friend who owns a cleaning business that no longer serves this area. I welcome you to do some thinking on this and to bid the job again at a rate that is appropriate for both of us. My aim of this last text is to build a much stronger trustworthy relationship than if we were to never have had this misunderstanding. NO RESPONSE EVER FROM JAVIER!!! I was hoping that Javier would have the emotional intelligence to be able to handle this situation with grace and we could make the business relationship much stronger based on mutual trust and understanding. Maybe it is better to not have someone who handles situations like this come into my home. Or maybe I am not understanding the entire situation. I'd been a customer of Javier for over a year. Twice now he has told me he would show up and has not. The first time he claimed that he had already cleaned the house and sent me pictures of it to prove it...the only problem was that he sent me photos from over a year ago. The kitchen floor still had dirt in the corners, and appeared as if it wasn't even cleaned at all. Nearly all window sills looked dirty. Minor attention to detail. Carpets didn't look as if they were vacuumed. The house was completely empty, so it was an easy task to clean. I would recommend finding another company to use. I can barely begin to express how happy I was with Lux Klean's work. They did an excellent job and at a great price! We were in a bit of trouble, our lease was up in a month and we had to find, buy and move into our new home in 1 month. We got lucky with the finding and buying part, but the moving part was a challenge. After a very long three days of 12+ hours moving I was dreading the task of cleaning our rental before handing over the keys. There was just no way I was going to get it done properly on my own. I found Lux Klean here on yelp and Javier responded promptly. He gave me a great quote for their work and he stuck to it. The place was a bit of a wreck given we have 2 kids and a small horse for a dog, but he didn't even flinch when he saw what was ahead of him. When I saw the results I was truly impressed. It looked better than the day we moved in and I knew it was the best $$ I'd ever spent. So worth the money and weight was off my shoulders.
