She is a service dog but we didn't have her correct vest. She had broken the clip. A grumpy old man, the only customer in there, told him they didn't allow dogs. He replied he was just getting her some water and would take her right out. The grumpy old man decided to make a big deal of it and there were words because he's a vet with PTSD and had said he was taking her right back out. The owner got involved and upset me because we said we'd take our business elsewhere. That set him off to the point I had to tell him to stop talking to me, to which he got even ruder and told me to "f*ck off." Terribly rude and unprofessional for a business. It was 96°. There was no notice the dog wasn't allowed inside. We said we'd take her right out. Why was it necessary to treat any customer that way? Why? We will find another veteran-friendly laundromat that doesn't tell a woman to "f*ck off." That is never acceptable.

A XL wash is ~$8.50 (34 quarters) and the XL dryer is $0.25 per 5ish minutes. There is even a small cafe/juice bar next door that is open for refreshments! Very cute idea if you stick around and wait for your laundry to be done. 7/10 - I wish the laundromat would switch to a digital system so that you can transfer money to a card. It would be much easier than carrying around a bunch of quarters.
