Got an oil change using the Mobile 0ne European oil (brought my own oil) for my BMW M40. The M40 is a high performance car and requires a specific type of coolant made by BMW and the washer fluid I use is different. If you have a high performance car do not bring it here, they will tap of your car with asking you.

It's late on a Saturday, too late to do anything and I work late during the week. Hopefully my car won't break down. Update: the car stalled and started getting noisy. I checked the oil and there was none. It apparently all leaked out. The car was fine before the oil change. I had the car towed back to Splash and will be going there in the morning. Update: I went down the next morning and spoke with Elmer, the manager of the store that was on duty at the time and he took it into the bay immediately and found the problem was that the technician who did the oil change did not seat oil filter correctly so the oil was spraying out. He refunded me the price of the oil change and he's also asking me to provide the paperwork from the towing so that he could refund that cost. So everything worked out in the end and they have my faith back.

Will helped me sign my father up for a membership. After my car wash I was greeted by Lewis who was managing the detailing section. I told him it was my dad's birthday and that I was surprising him with a car wash. I asked him to show me how to use the vacuum which he did, but unexpectedly he offered and went out of his way and helped me clean and vacuum the ENTIRE car! I am so grateful! My car came out sparkling clean! Lewis has such a great personality, very kind, humble and funny! Thank you so much Lewis! I can't afford the membership as it's a little steep.
