Nail shapes are uneven. I asked for round nails and got square with slightly rounded sides, some roundish, and some crooked. One nail is completely misshapen and crooked/uneven. Definitely not worth $25. Staff is nice but I won't be back due to the work. read more

I have come here multiple times for mani pedi's. They have such a great staff here and a huge selection of Polish, and powder. My polish on my toes lasts so long!! And the powder used for my nail sets never chips, and it looks beautiful!! read more

I've always had a positive experience here! After my third visit, I figured I write this review. I've gotten both manicures and pedicures at Luv Nails. I've always just walked-in without an appointment. My first visit, they said it would be about 30 minutes before they could see me. My most recent visit, I was seated right away! As some other reviews state, the owner clearly cares about his work. He is attentive and always makes sure customers are taken care of. They also have a wide selection of colors which is great! I've seen some reviews say they were disappointed with how long their experience took. Usually my pedicures have lasted 35-45 minutes. For me, this amount of time is perfect. It's relaxing and I don't feel rushed. I'll definitely be returning! :) read more

Two customers were not wearing masks, one employee had mask below nose and another employee had no mask on at all. I can't speak to the service as I was immediately uncomfortable and left. Do not recommend if you care at all about Covid precautions. read more

Best place in town (or any other town) to get a full set. I drive here from Cuyahoga Falls because they always do a great job. My acrylics look natural and the polish lasts forever. I have such positive things to say about this place! I just moved to the area, and I have tried a few salons but nothing was really meeting my standards - Enter: Luv Nails. I was greeted kindly by Dan as soon as I walked in. I explained I did not have an appt and that was okay. I got a regular manicure and the spa pedicure. They have such a wide selection in their color range. That is a big selling point for me. I got my nails done by Kay or K (not sure how she spells/abbreviates her name). I really enjoy coming here. Everyone is nice and accommodating. I have a two year old son so when I am in a hurry to get home, but still need the experience of a pedi or being pampered, they got me. They even let me bring him in when I need to refresh, but have no Sitter option. They offer you water OR, more importantly, wine! They do a clean job and a wide variety of color options. Most nail places are often overly dusty, and rightly so from all the nails being primped and shaved, but the owner frequently seen vacuuming and cleaning the floor. I know it's impossible to tackle nail dust and it will get everywhere, but it's refreshing just to see someone doing freshening up while you are there. They take appointments, but I am a frequent walk-er-in-er. I find that even when I have to wait it's nothing more than 10-20 minutes, where I've waited at other places longer than an hour. Everyone has their nail spot, this just happens to be mine. I believe a lot of the reviews online are mixing this spot up with the nail salon that sat here before it. Or I'm wrong and people in my town are hard to please. The free wine alone has me every time, just kidding. read more

Had a pedicure with my daughter. They did a fantastic job. Donna was super nice and my toenails look great. They had a large number of colors to choose from. Pedicure was done in relaxing massage chairs, very clean. I called for a same day appointment. When I got there they were ready for both of us. Had a very relaxing experience. read more

This is a difficult review to write. The nail art stylists are extremely talented, the shop is clean, they even use plastic bowl inserts for pedicures. They use new nail tools for each client. They have competitive prices. The only negative thing I have to say, & reason for only 4 's, is that the tension in the air among employees is noticeable. It's uncomfortable. No yelling or anything like that, but it's not very relaxing being there. But since they are very good at nails, I'll keep going, just take my iPad for pedicures and iPhone music for manicures. read more

so I got my nails don't two weeks ago. I got a full set for about $40. when this guy did my nails it took two whole hours and a hour wait when I had it scheduled and all. He messed up on my thumb first cause it was in even then instas of taking it off and putting on a new nail he cut it and put another on top. Then when putting the nails on he put a too big nail on my middle. At the end he didn't even put on a top coat! Horrible experience never going there agian! Zero stars! Worst experience ever! The tech Kenny made my 12 year old daughter cry because her hurt her. He told her to quit looking at him and her nails. I found all of this out after we left when she started crying. Her nails were still hurting. I called and talked to the manager. She was apologetic and said she would give my daughter her money back. Kenny called me and acted concerned as well. When we walked back in there he started to take her nails off. Not caring she was still in pain. Then continued to make a scene making us feel like we were in the wrong. This guy is horrible and all the other employees just stood around defending him. Complete joke! read more

Quick and easy ability to get an appointment on the fly. Beautiful gel nails, clean salon, sweet technician Lynn?) that took her time to ensure my nails were properly cleaned and trimmed up prior to adding the polish. They did my gel polish in record time (12 minutes). Then it was ruined in record time (4 days). The guy was so excited about how fast he could complete my gel that he wouldn't even let me leave my hand under the light for the full time. read more

Awful job. Two owner's, husband and wife, that's it, the only other employee already quit. Anne did my first initial set of pink and whites, $50.00. Looked nice. I came in for a fill, wanted both pink and white filled, she just did the pink, even though I suggested we do both, she said no, pink only would save me money, which actually it would cost more, to come in more often to have them filled so they look would look aesthetically pleasing. First of all she charged me $3.00 to file my nails down, which I have never paid additional for that, it's always been included. She could not blend the new pink with the old pink very well at all. I have whitish lines going through my nails and uneven color and you can see my own nails through the pink and whites. They look absolutely awful! When I told her and her husband I was not satisfied and wanted them corrected, she told me I would be charged for another fill. I was not happy to say the least. I told her I had wanted both the white and pink filed in the first place, not just the pink and she refused to speak to me at that point. Her husband said he would refund my $3.00 for filing them back but that was it. I told them I would be reporting them to the BBB for dishonesty and poor service and left. Just giving everyone a heads up, if your use to good nail service and expect a professional job, do not go here. You will be totally disappointed. You work to hard for your money to just throw it away on bad workmanship. I do not see this salon being in business for very long. read more
