Mia was an amazing stylist & did a wonderful job on my hair. I would love to continue to have her do my hair. However I spent over $400 for cut highlights & products to maintain my style. However once home I reviewed my receipt only to discover I was double charged for the cut by front desk. When I called it was verified I was charged twice for the cut & it should be back on my account . However when I checked the next day still no reimbursement. I was told it could take a few days to receive a refund. Not a great practice for customer support. Money had no problem charging my account but not reimbursement on their mistake. Makes me not want to go back even after the amazing hair style by Mia. She is great & I highly recommend her. It's a shame no accountability by front desk staff. I struggle to put into words how amazing everyone at the salon was to my daughter. My daughter had really matted her hair between swimming and not washing/brushing and swimming more while I was out of town and I was at a loss and in tears not knowing how to help her. The stylists worked in teams and were kind every step of the way despite the immense amount of work this was for them. They made her feel comfortable and unjudged and ultimately manage to salvage more of her hair than any of us expected. The atmosphere is very welcoming and professional and it does make you feel welcomed. Requested a Pedicure. Explained before hand that I just needed more of the bottom of my feet focused on and not so much on the nails as they are small. Starting off with the pedicure the bottom of my feet were focused on for a maximum of 2 minutes on each side as well as the massage with the other 25 minutes of having the worker vanishing while keeping cold towels on my feet. I noticed this happening to others as well. More or less 10 minutes of a pedicure being charged $60 is unacceptable. Staff is super friendly, but have gotten better service elsewhere for the same or half the price. Although I try to support local, I will not be returning here. read more

I got my hair done on April 1st 2025, I have light brown hair with highlights. I got my hair permanently colored dark brown right below the shade black. I also got a hair treatment. My total was $200 something. Not a problem. Now it is April 14th 2025 and the color is completely gone, back to where I started. I went in and asked like hey so I just got my hair done not even two weeks ago and it's completely gone. The lady went back to ask someone and this is the response I get " so you're out of our 7 day window period and it looks like you also didn't purchase any of our products after the service, so it could be from stuff you're using at home that made it go away. We can have one of the girls touch it up and give you 25% off" I'm sorry but for a permanent hair color to not last even 2 weeks is weird to me and then to tell me it could have been from not purchasing another $200 worth of their products. I'm actually so shocked like this is so ridiculous. I'm just not understanding why it was so expensive for it to just be gone. Like was I supposed to be on the lookout in the 7 days that my PERMANENT hair color was gonna just disappear? So confused and honestly so mad that I just wasted over $200 on something that didn't even last 2 weeks and then getting told it was because I didn't buy there product. read more

This was my first time here and the staff is SUPER nice so I was excited. They gave me an extra long appointment because I told them I have really long thick hair which I also really appreciated! But I asked for three inches off with some long layers. My hair was to my lower back so you can already see it's at least six inches shorter (I couldn't see how short she was cutting it until she got to the front and it was too late by that point). She gave me a blowout and this was the finished product. I brushed my hair before taking the picture to make sure I wasn't crazy but it is not even at all and is so choppy everywhere! I'm having a baby in two weeks and i am so sad that this is how I'm going to look In all of my photos with him. Again, the service was awesome and people were so so nice! I just don't love the finished product. Update: They reached out to me and we're so nice about wanting to make it right. I booked Bellezza Avanti to do hair and makeup for myself and my four bridesmaids for my wedding (held a few miles away in Doylestown). The location was great, and I loved the fact that they had so many stylists available for us. We had two makeup artists and at least three hair stylists (maybe more?), ensuring that everyone was ready to go around the same time. All of our stylists did a fantastic job! I and my girls looked great, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. It was a relaxing time before my wedding, if you can believe it. Prices are a bit higher than what you might find in other salons, and the bridal hair/makeup fee does not include a trial run. That said, I was 100% happy with the styling and service. (In fact, I'd even go so far as to say you could get by WITHOUT doing the trial run at all--the stylists are that great!) Highly recommend this salon for brides and special occasions! I have only good things to say about this place. In the past month, I had bikini sugaring done with Alexa, my first time having it done, and it was such a good experience. Alexa was so nice, patient, and just great. A few weeks later I had a microblading touch-up as my brows were due for one. Derik did such a good job, my brows look better than the original artist. I might start going to him every year. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. read more

I received a gift certificate, so I decided to go for a spa pedicure. The first time I visited, I was very pleased with the service I received. The girl was friendly and gave me a really good pedicure. She seamed to really know her stuff. My second visit for a pedicure was just OK. I was a little disappointed by the meager polish selection to choose from. Also, if you go, be sure to not sit in the third chair. The water jets don't work. Both times I saw an employee fiddle around with it and say, "I wonder what's wrong with this." Yea right! Hopefully this has been or will soon be fixed. I do plan to visit again. Extremely disappointed with my hair. I came into town for my younger brothers wedding and visited this salon with my sister to get our hair done for the wedding. As soon as I left, half my hair fell out of the "updo." I went back in to have it fixed, and my stylist seemed irritated. She stuck about 45 more pins in it and said "there." By the time I got home it had fallen out again. At this point I was so frustrated I just had my sister do my hair. Huge waste of $62. read more

The staff are super friendly. The shop is nicely set up. It's owned and ran by husband and wife. They have a wide array of services from makeup artists, massage, hair extensions, manicurist. They frequently have training classes to keep the staff up to date with new skills. The prices may run on the higher side, but in my experience it was well worth it. read more

I was here a few weeks ago to have brassy color removed from my hair. The stylist did an amazing job at toning the color down. So I made an appointment to have her do touch up-high/lowlights in my hair. I left with a mess that I didn't see in their lighting. I again have brassy hair and my roots weren't colored. My gray hair is still showing at the roots. I'm told that she was scared to add color because it is too fragile. But color was indeed put in my hair, just not the roots. If this was an issue, I should have been told that. The blonde that was added was toned heavily, so what is supposed to be blonde hair, has a hue of over processed gray color. The pictures were forwarded to the stylist and owner. The response from the owner was that I'd need more blonde foils. Seriously? That's what I was there for in the first place. I've never heard of getting a retouch that shows one or more inches of roots. Very disappointing. read more

I have visited this salon about 5 years ago and loved my experience, so now that I'm back to the area I decided to treat myself for my birthday. When I got a price suggestion of nearly $400, for a trim and color I was shocked, but understood I have a lot of hair and dark color on my hair, but said I wasn't comfortable paying that so I ended up doing a partial balayage, and took away some things and she said at the very high end it would be $300. I was there for 6 hours and had to cancel my birthday dinner plans. My hair doesn't look bad, but I honestly can barely notice any change. Also, when I went to pay it still ended up being $400. It was almost 9 pm when I left and I just couldn't wait to leave. I never treat myself and was excited to get my hair done but now I just regret ever coming in. After talking with my SIL, she had a similar experience of them telling her it would cost much less than it actually did. read more
