Mia was an amazing stylist & did a wonderful job on my hair. I would love to continue to have her…read moredo my hair. However I spent over $400 for cut highlights & products to maintain my style. However once home I reviewed my receipt only to discover I was double charged for the cut by front desk. When I called it was verified I was charged twice for the cut & it should be back on my account . However when I checked the next day still no reimbursement. I was told it could take a few days to receive a refund. Not a great practice for customer support. Money had no problem charging my account but not reimbursement on their mistake. Makes me not want to go back even after the amazing hair style by Mia. She is great & I highly recommend her. It's a shame no accountability by front desk staff. Due to customer service practices I will not go back without cash.

The stylists worked in teams and were kind every step of the way despite the immense amount of work this was for them. They made her feel comfortable and unjudged and ultimately manage to salvage more of her hair than any of us expected. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about how they helped her through this very hard life lesson. They deserve the absolute highest reviews and I am forever grateful to them

I'm honestly pretty disappointed with my experience here. I paid $147 total for a princess pedicure…read morefor my daughter and a pedicure for myself, but I was surprised by how much I was charged for the gel and especially the chrome. The princess pedicure was $28 with an additional $12 for gel, and my pedicure was $65 with an additional $20 for gel and another $15 for chrome. I've had chrome done at other nail salons and have never been charged an additional fee like this, so the $15 upcharge was especially surprising. I feel these additional charges should be made very clear to customers before the service is completed, rather than being added on unexpectedly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only issue. I also had a nail that needed to be repaired, and while the nail artist was working on it, they cut me. I understand accidents can happen, but combined with the unexpected upcharges, it really took away from the overall experience. For the amount I paid, I expected better communication about pricing and a more careful service. I hope the salon considers being more transparent about additional charges, particularly for gel and chrome, and takes extra care when performing nail repairs.
