Lrg pepperoni pizza and mac and cheese.

Family fun few hours. Website about made us not come. Sounds extremely strict snd unwelcoming but actually place is nice and clean. Buying special socks was a bit of a turn off as grandparents who may not return again but totally understandable, like other kid play establishments. . We had grandkids play and we played a few ourselves before having pizza and Mac and cheese and spending our tickets for some prizes. Only 4 stars because although food was reasonable prices some may find the entrance and buying socks (although if you have grip socks you can bring your own) a bit pricey.

This is such a wonderful spot to take your kiddos. The staff was really nice. I only have one son and this place is perfect for him to develop his social skills with other kids and make new friends. We felt really comfortable here. Will be coming back again.

They did an incredible job having the room clean and setup for us! The pizza was hot, cupcakes were delicious and our hostess was so sweet! The kids were able to run free enjoying the playground while the adults could chat in the room, I could not be happier. My stress level was 0 thanks to you all! Thank you!!!

Love all the slides and tunnels. My 2 year old loves this place! She can be as loud as she wants!

I wish they would train all staff so there's continuity with the customer service. When the owner is there they are all on their best behavior. They're all pretty nice for the most part but today I got the bad apple. Rude, short, and general lack of general happiness? I don't get it. If you don't like people or customer service or kids for that matter then don't be in the service industry. After addressing a safety concern I was quickly made aware the Tupperware bin was there to block the slides while they cleaned the balls in the middle of the day with tons of toddlers trying to play? I was told that my kid was the only one trying to move the container..? Really? Yeah they're babies and toddlers. Lol. Why not just say this is how we were told to clean the balls and that's our protocol to put a bin in front of the slide to block the babies and toddlers from going down? As opposed to being really unprofessional and and shaming my 2 year old. Lol. Same one that told me the food area didn't open for another 20 min and the coffee maker was broken anyway. Front desk gal was very sweet and accommodating sad to say I can't say the same for the other gal. Still haven't seen anyone but the front desk gal crack a smile. Aren't we at a fun happy kids place? Lol. I agree that the slides look super dusty and gross from the top. Under the games and other areas just in general needs to be cleaned. You don't have to look to hard for dirt and grime. Overall we love coming here especially when the owner is working. Sometimes you can just tell when someone likes their job and puts forth the extra effort. The owner should train everyone to do things the way she does them. The last thing I would say if that coffee and adult beverages are something that should always be served at kids places. I specifically didn't buy coffee so I could buy some here this morning when we got here. We would honestly come more in the evenings for kids dinner and play if they served some sort of lite beer, wine, something. Our very favorite kids place in Oregon where we moved from has amazing local coffee, local beers and local wines. We practically lived there in the evenings!;)

I like it. It's new and in a location where there are no other playgrounds for several miles... so now we have an indoor playground option in the north Phoenix/deer valley area. Location: ***** Cleanliness: **** Value: *** Food & Drink: * Fun: **** Our daughter (32 mo old) really enjoys this place. She could be here for hours. Which of course is the reason we come here. During the pandemic, for regulation purposes, you have to buy the socks with your entry. Food is overpriced like crazy, and the coffee are Starbucks prices. That's be fine, if it was decent... but I just cannot get over how terrible their coffee is. It is absolutely disgusting. My husband ordered an americano and a latte, both hot. Burnt, not even drinkable. This is a nice 4 star joint, but I knocked a star because of that coffee. If parents are going to hang out here and we can't bring our own coffee... well. Yikes. So come here full and caffeinated, that's my recommendation.

LOVE Luv 2 Play! Val & her staff are so friendly and helpful. The place is ALWAYS clean with team members constantly walking around continuing to clean throughout the day. We have been coming for a couple years now and always have the best time! I really appreciate a fun, safe and clean place to bring my toddlers to play and meet friends.

Everyone take shoes off and buy grip socks, but they have employees walking around with no socks and shoes.

Everyone must take off their shoes and buy grip socks and the team will give you an attitude about it. But then you have the employees walking around in their shoes. Dirty.

My kids attended a birthday party recently and had a great time. The staff were all friendly, everything looked very clean and maintained. I would take my kids back.

The Chateau Luxe is an award-winning venue in North Phoenix often used for weddings and other special events. The event I attended was an annual fundraiser for an organization important to me, and it provided the organization with the opportunity to increase the number of attendees from just over 300 people to nearly 500 people. From the moment my wife and I arrived and used the valet, we were impressed how smooth of a process it was to leave our car and later pick it up. We were prepared for a very long wait at the valet like it had been at events where we really had no choice but to use valet, though we were even more impressed when no one had to wait for very long as there were so many people working and cars were arriving as quickly as the valet cards were given. This small touch made a huge difference. When we walked into the venue itself, there were tables set up along a large entrance area allowing us to check in before walking into a very large open area, where a bar was set up right in the middle with high tables, seating, or just open areas to stand and talk and catch up with new and old friends and colleagues alike. From that area, we moved into a large ballroom with a stage after our cocktail hour ended. The ballroom was set up with more than fifty tables, and the dinner was a plated meal. Compared to other venues we have used, it certainly felt more spacious and not crowded at all. Anyone interested in hosting an event at this wonderful venue can find more information at https://chateauluxeaz.com. They have over 50,000 square feet of versatile indoor event space and over 35,000 square feet of outdoor event space. To be honest, we barely saw the outdoor space as the entire event was held indoors. But now, when I hear of an event being hosted there, I will certainly consider jumping at the opportunity.

To give credit where it's due, the ambience of the restaurant was great. The live music was enjoyable and the dancing created a fun atmosphere. The women's restroom was also impressive -- clean, well stocked, and the mirror with the neon sign made for a great photo moment. Unfortunately, the service and food did not live up to the setting. Our waitress appeared overwhelmed and, at times, came across as outright rude. I understand the pressures of working in a busy restaurant, but hospitality is still the foundation of the service industry. I actually found myself going out of my way to "kill her with kindness" just to avoid receiving the same snarky tone she used with some of my friends. It worked -- she was civil with me -- but it shouldn't take that level of effort from guests. The food was where things really fell apart. The buffet setup was poorly executed. The foil buffet pans repeatedly slipped into the chafing water, which ended up soaking the food. Any experienced food service professional knows the proper way to handle this: bring the replacement pan first and swap them out simultaneously. Instead, the staff removed the empty pans and walked back to the kitchen, leaving empty slots in the buffet while guests waited. As a result, several dishes were compromised. The mac and cheese was completely runny, clearly diluted from water getting into the pan. This happened to multiple items. The fried pickles were also a miss -- not crispy, extremely salty and sour, and tasted like low-quality hamburger dill pickle chips that had been breaded and fried. No one at our table enjoyed them and several people commented that they were far too tangy. There also seemed to be serious communication issues between the kitchen and the floor staff. Buffet items were frequently empty and slow to be replaced. The "salad," if you could call it that, was essentially a bowl of lettuce with no tomatoes, cucumbers, or vegetables -- just plain greens. Toward the end of service, the restaurant even ran out of dinner plates, leaving remaining guests to use small salad plates. The only items I somewhat enjoyed were the margarita pizza flatbread and the bacon jalapeño wontons, which were decent but nothing memorable. Beyond that, my meal consisted mostly of a bowl of very uninspired lettuce. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, it genuinely pains me to leave such a critical review. I don't write this out of spite, but out of hope that management sees it as an opportunity to evaluate what's happening on the floor and in the kitchen. There is clearly potential here given the atmosphere and entertainment. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't see myself returning anytime soon.
